    I suffer from low testosterone, and I am very fit. However, I take medication which I think is lowering my testosterone.

    I exercise intensly, and eat good foods. My testosterone is not on the bottom, but it is low for my age group.

    I really appreciate your videos and I have read your book....I just have a couple questions...

    1. I have read that maca and tribulus can potentially boost estrogen...is this true???

    2. I know that you feel testosterone/libido are very important and I agree....what are your thoughts on L-Arginine, or Arginine Alpha Ketogluatarate (in NO2 and Nitrix and other nitric oxide products)???

  • how can he say that almost everything (diuretics) rip ZINC out of ur body and lower testosterone ,,iam a medical student by the way and this is just a bunch of overstatements

  • This is how I think about it. With soy there is so much controversy I avoid it. Brian Clement talks about how soy beans are incredibly hybridised. They are difficult to sprout. Dr Wong talks about how estrogenic they are. I avoid them and all soy products personally.

  • Also high in goitrogens so can effect your thyroid function.

  • Excellent video! people need to pay attention to this stuff, there's so much about infertility and IVF now, most of it's caused by zinc deficiency and "gender bending" chemicals in pharmaceuticals and environmental chemicals etc. It's all about the soaked pumpkin seeds!

  • See..he starts out good. Useful wisdom, then once u get deeper(just like a self righteous born again whatever religion)you find he is against cooked food PERIOD! not just junk foods and processed foods, but ANY food cooked. I don't know if he will delete these comments, they aren't made to hurt but to give compassion. And to stop people from linking negative associations to all cooked foods, then go and spend a bundle on so called SUPERFOODS(aka supplements).

  • dude - I eat cooked foods, but if you've read my book you'll realise I harp on about a living food foundation. I think you need a dose of the Aggressive Health mindset - get the book - you'll love it!

I eat wholesome clean organic foods. I strive to EMPOWER people to think for themselves without propaganda, and usless dogma. There are many beginners who may fall prey to this stuff and create their own food phobias against ALL cooked foods, or meats, and such. This is VERY dangerous. Learn to think for yourself Begbie.

  • Not need to be rude. My points are valid. It is nature of the human ego to look for and to find something that makes it feel good then think that would work for everyone. This can be a very dangerous thing. I am not trying to pour salt in the mans game, just letting people know it's best to 'feel' for themselves if something is right or not. And not to believe everything u read, or just cause it's in a book.

  • I also eat organic produce but there is a lot of evidence to suggest that raw foods (not raw meat obviously.. lol) and no or minimal meat intake will actually cure diseases such as Diabetes, search for "Raw For 30 Days" on YouTube. But i will agree that one method does not fit all.. there is an interesting "theory" on different blood types that require different diets..etc, so if you are going to eat meat, keep it to a bare minimum on your dinner plate and try and have as much as you can green.

  • cheers for this video , wathced it before newyear, and compltetly changed my diet. now been on massive changes over the last 37 days. mainly raw food now , no milk no processed foods and learnt soo much, this video was the key to these massive changes so thanks for this, keep it up.
