Yeash i never seen really Hichigo because i only go on episode 23 but and the only appearence that i see from Hichigo was when Ichigo transformed into a Hollow but Hichigo on that part dont talked :/

it happend when mr.hat n clogs put him in the hole in the beginning episodes (only seen up to 85) so this is my understanding, he was in so long that a hollow ichigo was born...he can also be seen in the soul society when ichigo is fighting kimpatchi ziracki (idk how to spell it), when his sword (zongetsu, bad spelling) asks him if he wants to live then he has an internal battle...more info in futur episodes im sure
