  • i live in nashville TN and my house wasnt affected personally but right down the street my neighborhood was under water and after the flood i helped out as much as i could to make peoples life a little bit easier.

  • Queensland Australia is underwater now in December 2010 after the big drought that lasted 10 years and dried up everydam and waterhole now we have a inland sea that stretches thousands of killometres look it up !

  • whoever put this video up, i personally thank you, i live in the middle tennessee area, and we've recovered very well. The finacial damage is great but the emotional damage will be long lasting. We've managed to live up to our name and be the volunteer state, and help one another. But thank you for this video

  • @cbcrog you're welcome! tennessee is my life.. i live here and its everything to me so i had to make this video.

  • the only reason that you don't know anything is because TENNESSEE DID NOTHING TO DROW ATTENTION TO THERE SELVES LIKE NEW ORLEANS. NEW ORLEANS WAS SCREAMING FOR THE GOVERNMENT. WE TOOK CARE OF THIS ON OUR OWN AND NOW WE ARE SLOWLY GETTING BETTER. I WORK IN DOWN TOWN AND I STILL SEE MEN WALKING AROUND IN PLASTIC JUMPERS... HEY NEW ORLEANS GET OVER YOUR SELF AND LET SHIT GO ITS NOT ALL ABOUT YOU. ITS TIME TO MOVE ON AND STOP MILKING THE GOVERNMENT FOR MONEY CAUSE TENNESSEE CAN'T AFFORD YOU ANYMORE.

  • 1st thing I want to say is please get your dates right it was may the 2nd thru may the 4th. next stop tring to get your 15 minutes of fame from these peoples pain. I live in nashville tennessee. I have heard the screams for help and I have seen people drowning. Also new orleans is one town.....52 countys out of 96 in tennessee got flood and new orleans flood was because your leavys gave out. ours was natural disaster. some areas got as much as 60 feet. I have seen and heard so much pain from

  • @bedlambikes couldnt have said it better myself.

  • I must have missed this cause the news hardly covered this story. Did Hollywood have a telethon yet? How many people were killed in the aftermath of looting and lawlessness? How many rapes occured at the Titans stadium?

  • Signs of the times ARE upon us.

  • This is proof Oblahblah is a racist who hates white people !

  • My heart goes out to each and everyone of you, From Canada!

  • A real tragedy. My prayers are with all the people who live there.

  • i feel really sorry for the people in nashville and wherever got hit th hardest. where i live in gallatin (about 30 miles north east of nashville) wasnt hit that bad. all the waters gone by now

  • @ejc1999 thats where i live. and nope just a couple roads got flooded, gallatin didnt get hit hard. but hendersonville kinda did. and other areas got it bad.

  • Where's Obama? Where's the relocation assistance, debit cards, cries of racism, looting, lawlessness, etc...? Oh wait, these are responsible Southerners with ethics and values.

  • Perfect song for this coverage! Thanks for sharing!

  • Even worse is the flooding of Pakis into Nashville.

sometimes we cant feel the pain of those ppl because we sit comfortably in our warm bed unaffected by any such disasters.... we must say we are lucky ... and always bear in mind... such things are unpredictable ... and who know wt gonna hit us tommorow

    God please be with tennessee

  • My thoughts and prayer are with everyone in Tennessee. This video had me in tears because I have walked those roads downtown, it breaks my heart to see this beautiful city like this.

  • Hey Manof begging, are you one of those whiners, that is still whining about New Orleans, but got no love for anyone else?

To everyone in Tennesse, my prayers are with you, and not everyone is stunted like the bigot Manofbegging.

  • Continued... underneath the hotel there are tunnels that staff use and those are completely flooded with water. There's a cafeteria under there too but I don't think anyone can get to it to see if it's flooded out yet. I go to the hotel a few times a year and at least every xmas to look at the lights. I've heard rumors they're expecting to try to open for xmas this year. We'll see.

  • I see many places I know. My mothers house had about a foot of water come through and we're tearing everything up to two feet out. My boss lost his entire house. He and his wife were rescued by boat when they opened the dams to let water out. My friend and his wife work at the hotel where there is 6 feet of water and he helped with the evacuation of everyone. He's still working there getting out what they can and getting luggage back to it's owners but most of the hotel is closed off.

  • Jesus christ people. This video is dedicated to those who have lost their property, their homes and their lives in this flooding, and you jump on your high horse preaching religous or atheistic nonsense.

Instead of spending time typing up petty arguments spend a few moments to think about those who are in a dire time of need because of something no-one can control.

My deepest sympathies to those who have lost someone, and my best wishes to those who have been affected.

  • @0TaM0 thank you!!

  • @0TaM0, I've thought a lot about them, its not gonna do anything. But if we want to actually volunteer and help them yea, that would help.

  • @Manofbegging Just to piss you off, the Opry will not even be slowed down this week. The Opry House will be back, The Ryman is not damaged. The Opry can't be killed with water or tornadoes. Sorry you don't get it.

  • @Manofbegging You're a piece of shit. My boss lost his ENTIRE house when they had to open the dams. He and his wife were rescued by boat at 10pm Sunday night. My mother had a foot of water get into her house and we've been tearing out EVERYTHING. I hope some disaster happens to you so you can take your shit covered foot out of your mouth and realize what a fucking retard you are. You've obviously never been to Nashville otherwise I'm sure you wouldn't say shit like this.

  • @Manofbegging We are not hicks... We little more country than that!!!

  • @cris82c Whatever. Now go fuck your sister.

  • @gideonhalo Im so sorry about your family and your boss..I live in atoka, near millington. We got it bad too. My cousin lost her house and both her cars. i will be praying for all of you and please keep the people in millington, tn in your prayers for me...I hope all works out for you!

  • @Manofbegging

How, for the love of God, can you be glad anything is underwater? I lost my home, car, and job because of this.

  • @jmlening Too fucking bad. It is time to get off welfare, buy a bike, get a tent, and suck a little cock- that was your job, right?

  • @Manofbegging what the fuck is your problem man

  • hey darnold... your fucking retarted... if your an atheist just shut the fuck up... seriously... you dont have to comment on vids saying "why did god let this happen" if you dont even know what the fuck your talking about... so go and take it up the ass......

  • @MrBlablabladd, I think you were confused, maybe still are...you should take the Mr off your name

  • i feel so devastated to what had happend in tennessee after i got out of it

  • What's with the blame nonsense. Stuff happens, that's all. Just live with it.

Typical American silliness about according "blame."

  • Why did God let this happen? I'm an atheist.

  • @kenny5822

If you are an atheist, why are you blaming a God you say don't exist???

    Darold

  • @d1a2r3o4l5d6, who do YOU blame?

  • @kenny5822 So, are you going to somehow try to add this to reasons why you don't believe in God but try and blame him, therefor accepting that there is a God? Hrm. Sounds like you believe in God after all. Some would argue that God had no hand in this. However, if you believe in Satan, then you must believe in the opposite. While I don't practice Christianity as strongly as I should, I sure know there is a God.

  • @gideonhalo, God may exist but all religions are false.

  • 5:57 6:01 6:58 are close to Taylor Swift..

    6:08 6:27 6:37 6:52 7:23 are close to me.

  • @9891434 It's amazing looking at these pictures and saying "I've been there". I live in the boro so my family was okay. My mother lives in LaVergne and had a foot of water come through her house. We are tearing out everything up to two feet. My boss LOST his house and cars when they opened Old Hickory Dam Sunday. He had flood insurance, my mother didn't.

  • @9891434 They are close to Mileys old house too
