@poppx3 It's hard to say since I don't have a photo. But to prevent sagging skin, I weight trained and used shea butter to prevent stretch marks.

@AnThonySiNgsTV Good question. But I cannot provide an accurate answer because I wasnt' taking care of my hair like I do know. I would say no, because I was eating healthily. But, it did break because it was dry.
