If given the same opportunity Missouri was given, KU would have done the same thing. Missouri was offered alot more money and KU was never offered to leave. KU felt left out so they took it out on MU and said they wouldn't play them anymore. So don't think Mizzou just left and said they didn't want to play Kansas anymore.

No one count's Helms championships. Anything pre-1939 is void. You have 3 titles. By using the same logic as counting Helms, Yale is the greatest college football school of all time with their 27 national titles. NCAA or bust.

After the first game all I heard from my fellow Hawk fans was crying that we got screwed by the refs. After the second game it's the Tiger fans crying that they got screwed by the refs. Refs don't cause anyone to lose. In Columbia Denmon was on fire and KU blew opportunities down the stretch. In Lawrence the KU D put the clamps on the Tigers where they didn't score for almost seven minutes. Bitches only cry about ref's calls. That goes for Hawk fans and Tigers fans. Two great games. Period.

Just because Bill Self has decided to hang the HELMs banners in Phog, does not mean that you have actually won 5 national championships. Those two were retroactively awarded to KU from a baker in California almost 20 years after the fact and were not a result of a playoff system. Don’t think he even saw the team play or the other teams in the country that were possibly snubbed. Might as well add any scrimmage victories to your win total as well. @GHOSToXmasPast ctd...Bucknell. It's a fact that in 2008 when ku won the NCAA title they were the only school ever to win a championship in any sport while under academic probation. Congrats on the orange bowl bid as well. Just a handful of your former AD employees are serving time in Leavenworth for that. Singing songs of praise to "sweet" Lew Perkins, I'm sure. You must be very proud of the Athletic Department at ku.

@cards79 dude, we got TCU and WVU in the conference now, and even if the conference does end sometime down the road, we will be wanted by probably the big east as a basketball school, because thats the thing you MU fans don't understand, "MU is so great and KU sucks" because you beat us once, we are a historic and tradition rich program, make the tournament 25 years straight, then talk to us
