One more point I need to make, this is a very good routine, I like it, just keep the arms straight and strong, it will help with formations and kickline spacing a lot :)

Good formations! Technique lacks but its seem to me like you can do it! With floor kicks, and kicks across the floor you will be great!!Hit me up if you have an questions! :)
@ladybugdaisy Kinda disagree, I think the technique is good. But timing and sharpness could help. The formations were good, when they kinda fixed them (for example, as they were kicking, I give them kudos because they "felt" what was going on and kick into place)
