Why did you use a gun that big. I use that gun for hog hunting. I use it for long range handgun hunting and also for world record sized hogs. I hunt hogs all over the world and I know what I am doing!

@Amirnake Yes there are regulations on they way you harvest game and dress it and if you get caught unlawfully killing and wasting animals you will suffer a very stiff penalty and possibly a jail sentence. and to answer your question YOU kill it,YOU drag it to the truck,YOU clean the deer, and YOU use the meat how ever you like. @gentoocaneify There's more to it than just breaking the shoulders. The shoulders are at the base of the neck - where you'll find its trachea and arteries taking blood to the brain. If you watch the video, you'll see that the deer was dead in less than a minute. Aside from that, it leaves the meat harmed and thus more can be used, plus leaves less distance the hunter has to travel to get the deer. It's actually more efficient to kill them this way.
The law where I hunt states that if a deer goes onto other property and dies the landowner doesn't have to let you retrieve it. A double lung or heart shot deer can go quite a ways in the mere seconds it takes to die. Breaking a shoulder (while hitting the vitals) means the deer will die quickly and not travel far.
I use the same pistol with a 2x scope. Let me tell you, you DO NOT want to shoot it without hearing protection!! I learned the hard way after shooting at a deer without any & it literally hurt & I now have some hearing loss in my left ear. I now have corded earplugs draped around my neck while on stand. Awesome caliber nonetheless!!

Shot placement was bang on, deer went down in like 30 yards, can't ask for much more........ except some antlers maybe. lol.
