I honestly wish there were more people who share your views, I'm one of them. I'm in an interracial relationship, and because of it, my father disowned me. It's just more evidence of what you were speaking about in your video. People want to hate, because it's more of a challenge to genuinely love someone for who they are.
@benevolentian I'm sorry to hear about that but if it makes you feel better..I have seen that happen a lot and eventually the family does find acceptance...(sometimes it takes years though). Keep the faith. Yes people choose to hate ...you should see some of the comments that I get that I will not allow to post out here..they are foul. Everyone has to give an account for their actions one day whether they believe it or not. I can only change me, not the world. Thanks for watching and commenting
This reminds me of a time when i was hanging out with some friends and one of them brought a girl that was a redneck from Texas. I saw this Japanese girl that was with some of her friends and I said "Wow, she's really cute. I'd like to ask her to go out with me sometime." And this redneck girl tells me that I am a plaque on society and that the government should force me to get a vasectomy so I couldn't reproduce and pollute the world with mixed children. I can't stand people like that.
@13biglou1992 I can't either...I have been getting some pretty nasty comments lately on this video and they think that I'm going to allow their ignorant ugly comments to post out here...hatred is a choice and lots of people choose it. They just hide behind a faceless profile. Thanks for sharing and for watching and commenting ...and for not choosing hatred as your choice.
It's nice post that might make people think, however please do not say "_we_ are not past racism" and "_we_ just tolerate" etc.
Sorry to hear you feel that way but,
there are lot of people who actually do not see colors. Ppl who do not see discrimination for religion/gender/looks/traditions or anything else as an option.
I certainly feel I'm being one of the later group.
Still being hopeful that more people find enough confidence in themselves and join us!
@ProgressProcess You are right, I did speak for all of us & I know that there are many of us in that later group that do look at the interior qualities that an individual possesses...I wish we (meaning that later group) could all meet up in a room somewhere and change the world. Hmm...it was a nice thought for a few seconds..lol but as some of the nasty comments that I got proved ...some people have chosen to always remain the same. Thank you for watching and for commenting and keep on loving
@ProgressProcess So well written ....thank you for commenting ...I am going to keep this in sight and in thought "how people treat you is their karma, how you react is yours!"....Wonderful!!!!! thank you
@coreighrae First, I think if you want the answer to your comment...I would recommend watching the whole video when you are not so tired. I know what you mean though, there are times when I do the same. My video really has nothing to do with Trisha...it was in response to the hate that was written in the comments. Hatred is a choice people make and it is so ugly that it affected me. Thank you for trying to watch and for commenting. I hope u r not 2 tired 2 read this...lol :-)
I dont know why this topic is soooo surprising to you. This issue has never died never gone anywhere and i keeps growing.its 2012 an look at how our black president is being treated not only from fellow americans but some other world leaders !!! we see it everday ,how can this be a surprise you !!! did you really think racism was dead ......
@keving52002 No I did not think that it was dead...I just thought that we as humans had attained a higher level of human understanding and tolerance for one another since we focus on education and pride ourselves on being so highly educated. As I say we are educated dummies. We can't even learn to look at people without seeing their skin color. Thanks for watching and for commenting
i love trisha i know this video may not be her because the first few seconds is talking about the comments but trisha was talking about what happend that those ladies acted/and said to trisha and her friend.
@YasminWoodgate yes I understand that and I replied more so to the comments. I'm not so sure I understand what you are trying to say in your comment. Thanks for watching and commenting on my video
I would date a black woman if I had stuff in common with her, I have ran into some HOT black women! but I can't date on looks alone gotta find one with a similar culture as mine and the same likes etc. but Id have no beefs with it because black, white etc. all human. I also would have to find a white woman with the same things in common with me as well... I am a nice looking white guy(I think so) lol and honestly Id date whatever kinda woman as long as I felt I could fall in love with her.
@SuRihtanil Amen, that's what I'm talking about. Why should color be a factor...it should be about what is inside the person and as you said having something in common with the other person (people) involved. Thank you for watching and for commenting and I hope you find what you are looking for :-)
Racism normal exist in low class areas. There are some rich white men, and rich black men that are still racist but normally you find racism in rough parts of towns. And just because you have the internet doesn't mean you're high class, most commenting are low class people with no education, the ones that bring the hate.
I can understand the facts its rough dealing with mixing, I know my family has went thru the drama of racism thru interracial relationships. Its rough at times!
@SuRihtanil I guess I read your comments backwards. I agree very much with your 2nd part but this part I'm not so sure because I don't know if racism knows a certain class. You may be right but I feel racism is a choice. Even if it's taught as a child an adult chooses to stay that way. It's a tough subject to tackle but it is a choice that each of us chooses to exhibit or not to exhibit. I still thank you for watching and for commenting
i like this video. its all out true. no one takes time to get to know people, they would rather take time to judge people. wich doesnt make since. its sad really, and even tho this may never come true, but i wish poeple could throw aside all differences, just be friends. be nice. i doubt that would ever happen tho :/
@musicobsession9284 I'm right there with you...I wish for the same thing but as you stated ...it won't happen ....but if just one or two people make a change that's better than none making a change. Thank you for watching and commenting
@imfreetobeme8 Hahahaha! Sorry, I was been silly. It was in reference to what you said at the end of the video. I guess it was my cheesy way of saying, you are sexy. *Wink*
Girl.. there are always a few bad apples in every group/ race/ religion that make the rest look bad. All we can do is love. Judging is not our job, our job is to love and forgive no matter what. I feel as though the video you responded to took it a little out of hand, and I understand what she was saying as well. There is always going to be people who cannot get past their jelous feelings towards others. Someone will always try to break the love with their hate. We just have to forgive and LOVE
@Debbie71084 I totally agree with you. Love is a choice just as hate is. We can only change ourselves and change is sometimes a hard thing to do. A person has to want to change and to want to change means that we see something that needs to be changed and one of the hardest people in life to face is one's self. It's a lot of work that most don't want to do. There is a fine line between awareness and judging and it's easy to cross over. Thank you for watching and commenting
@misslivsjoyful thank you, but you would have to understand what I have been through in life that made me into the person that I am. I wish people could look past skin color also...but people change if and when they want to change. Thank you for watching and for commenting
@NJasonUr Sorry I just saw this comment today. You made some good points that I agree with and sometimes it's never what we say but how we say it. Things won't change because people don't want to change. It's not all blacks or all whites ..sometimes it's just specific people that may feel a certain way..that's why I don't put a color on behavior. thank you for watching and for commenting ..if you don't mind I'd like to send you a message.
The interracial dating stigma is also interesting. When a person says that they're against interracial dating, they're confirming that they ARE racist since the reason that they're against interracial dating is precisely because it's inter racial. Maybe I'm oversimplifying that issue.
I also sense some sexism in those who are against interracial dating. The idea that someone belongs to somebody else is somewhat sexist if you ask me. Okay, I'm done commenting. Once again, great vid.
@luvizathingofdapast I never looked at it that way...not oversimplified. I have enjoyed your comments. Thank you so much for taking the time to watch the video and to comment. I'm glad you saw the video for it's real and true meaning . Thank you
I also like that your video looks at the bigger picture. The idea of disliking or hating someone without knowing the person is definitely the bigger problem. Now I understand why kids around the country are committing suicide due to bullying (including online bullying!). Could you imagine a 10 year old having to deal with some of the negativity that's out there? I mean, i'm a man in my late 20s and sometimes I even have a hard time dealing with the negativity out there.
@luvizathingofdapast I agree so much and I hear your voice in this comment. People are free to be meaner online than in person. This could be stopped but as long as the masses tolerate it ...who will stand up to stop it? The sad thing is when we get out here and say nasty mean things ..do we really know who we are speaking to? Maybe it is a 10 year old child behind a faceless profile. I've seen rude comments on children's and teens videos..I do believe that in life you reap back what you sow
Great vid. The comments on here confirm the sad state of affairs that your video discusses. Firstly, it's interesting that so many are assuming that your video response was meant to disagree or condemn Trisha's video. They see a non-caucasian woman responding and assume that you would side with the black woman who gave Trisha attitude at the bar.
Secondly, a number of commenters are expressing a dislike for your video based on the way you speak and not on what you're actually saying.
@luvizathingofdapast aww finally!!!!!!!! someone gets it. What a breath of fresh air you are to breathe in. I made my video mainly in response to the comments that were on her video...not necessarily the video itself. Yeah but I wondered why they just didn't turn the video off of they didn't like the way that I paused throughout the video. I just turn videos off that turn me off. People make a choice to love or to hate...some will always chose to hate because they want to...it's a choice
i dont take anything on youtube seriously....most of the stuff people put on here they wouldnt say in real life....honestly i dont know why people post their problems on here anyway its like they dont know how to deal with their problems in life so they want to go complain to the rest of the world by posting it on here..when u live in place like i come from u learn jus to hate or like everyone equally so u dont have to be considered a racist...that girl was from hollywood..not the real world
@JGcali88 lol...never thought about that. We all make videos for different reasons and YT is really no different that people sitting on Oprah or Jerry Springer talking about there lives/problems. I share my life stuff with YT for many different reasons. I have a voice on YT that people want to hear where as in my life people act as though they could care less. Trisha was just on OWN last night on the show My Strange Addiction. Anyways ...thank you for watching and for commenting
@imfreetobeme8 i dont even know why i watched that video of her...i feel stupider after watching it...i was watching mike tyson stuff and that popped up on the suggestions and my curious self...one thing leads to the next on youtube.....to be honest i clicked on your video cuz i thought you were gunna start talkin trash about her but dont trip i watched your whole video
@JGcali88 actually that's how I came across her video..I was watching other videos and saw hers and clicked on it. lol No I didn't start talking trash because that is not what I am on YT for ...I'll let others behave like that. I almost regret even making this video because I normally do not touch on racial topics because I don't like the controversy behind it. We all have our opinions and people are people it you know what I mean ...thanks for watching and commenting
Well said. I find it interesting that at this point there are 8 dislikes to this video. How can anyone be opposed to looking past superficial criteria and examining the character of a person.
@whatshaddnin people are people and they only change when and if they want to change. We may not know the color/ethnicity of those that disliked the video and we may not even know why they disliked the video. Quite possibly it was because of the way I looked or spoke. It may have been because of what I said but it just shows how people are. We can't or don't love one another because we make a CHOICE not to. It is a choice. Thank you for watching and for commenting
well, why act all shocked? heres this blond girl SITTING with a Black guy in a bar or what ever- the two girls and their behavior is UNFORTUNATELY common as the pope is Catholic
something has to change on that IN USA because Americans are going to be "fighting racism and homophobic" for the next thousand years AT THIS RATE.
@poosaypirate whew! I hesitated as to whether I wanted to allow this comment or not. I'm not sure how oto reply to your comment other than I agree with some of it but I'm picking up a tone to it that I'm not sure I agree with. As I have stated over and over ..people have to want to change and I can only change me. It's a sad world we live in and we (society) make it that way unfortunately. Thank you for watching and for commenting
@imfreetobeme8 as you wish madam ., I'm saying I am American - I've traveled the world a few times over there is an unfortunate counterproductive trend I see which is special to USA - and self perpetuates for well longer than necessary.
anyway good luck to the normal people, you know who you are
@ECLIPSE1990ification I do agree that it does not make much sense to talk about racism and I normally don't. People change when and if they want to change. I think people change when they are exposed to truth of what they oppose...but I may be wrong about that. I like the way you think and I like your honesty. Thank you for watching and for commenting

@BeautyFetish@BeautyFetish Yes, many people expressed that to me. It was about 3am ...I was very fatigued & I debated with myself if I should even comment on her video. I tried to be careful about how I voiced my opinion because I knew that people would misconstrue what I was trying to say. I usually don't touch conversations concerning race because people are somewhat predictable. Thank you for watching and for commenting. I'm glad you understood what I was trying to articulate
its not her fault, black girls ruined her day .... im not racist but seriously, she got pissed off for something that wasn't her fault and its annoying when people like you dont seem to understand that and then go on talking about racism etc etc .... stop making other viewers confused!!
@rizwanlatif I don't really understand what you are saying in this comment. Maybe you should watch the video again and really listen to what I am saying. This video was made in response to the comments on the video...not necessarily the video. Thanks for watching and for commenting
@joeleato I honestly do not know who the Dead Pz's are. Again I really do try to stay away from controversial topics and at times I wish I would not have made this video response, but at times you have to do what you feel you should do. I can't answer for anyone's behavior except my own and people are people. I guess one never changes unless they really want to change. Sorry I could not help you with this. Thank you for watching and commenting
Thank you and don't listen to the haters. People should be the only thing that should matter and if others can't see past an exterior, it only shows how little they actually know about life.
@yourstrulyaz you're welcomed and I don't. People hate because they don't have God. God is love and opposite of Him is hatred. I chose God and I chose to love to the best of my ability. If people don't like what I stand for I can't control that. I had to fight to stay alive many times over during my life and there are so many more things that are important to me than the color of a person's skin. Thank you for watching and for commenting
This video really pissed me off, im not racist, i dont plan to be racist, i dont want to be racist. lemme just get this off my chest, your putting it off as all white people judge black people. That blacks are the only victims, WHITES ARE VICTIMS TOO! Racism exsist in both races, in my school the "black" people allways call me pale, or a cracker or crack jokes about me.
Anyway my point is The Tables Have Turned Blacks Are Racist Against Whites Too, Trisha Was Just Tyrna get that point out.
@EmilyUnicornxD It was the comments on her video fueled me to make this reply. You may want to listen carefully to what I said in the video. I think I clearly stated I don't like racism AT ALL. I don't like hatred AT ALL for that matter. I don't stand up for color..I stand up for what's good. I'm sorry you experienced what you did and I understand because what I heard in school was "black N****r". People are people and we can only change ourselves. Thanks for watching and for commenting :-)
People to be honest shes shocked and trying to prove her point shes part of the black cummonity and blackes are always picked on for there colour blackes have had the hard life and that why it effect all ppl who are coloured.
@NJasonUr People have to be on a certain level to understand what you are saying. I get it. MKL gave up his life for equality...EQUALity. I'm not dumb, I know this will never go away. I guess I was shocked at how ugly some people can be ...especially behind a faceless profile. That was my point. People only change when they want to change. To know that some of those comments were written by someone that may be fixing my food in a restaurant is scary. Thank you for watching and commenting
You spent four minutes and 38 seconds...to have a vauge series of obscure points that basically said nothing at all. Perhaps writing down what your thoughts are before you turn the camera on, and then editing them into a concise and specific point of view would demonstrate a far more defined thought process with an actual point contained there-in. Even if you didn't mean to do so...this video came across as a rambling and pointless observation of the obvious with no real direction to it.
@MrSchultzstaffel thank you for critiquing my video so thoroughly. I kindly accept it however, my username was chosen carefully. I am free to be ME, which means if I want to talk to the camera at 3am and not make much sense then I want to feel free to do it. I love being who I am whether that means people think I'm intelligent, unintelligent, pretty, ugly, skinny or fat. I'm just pleased with being who and what I am. I Thank you very much for watching and for commenting.
@imfreetobeme8 Well, you're right about that. You are in fact..."free to be you." But I would think that being "free to make sense" would be of some importance to you as well. Incoherentness is not a virtue. Now I know that you didn't mean for it to come out that way, but an unscripted video with no actual direction might not get nearly as many views or response as one that is far more direct as well as concise...but that is your choice to make.
@imfreetobeme8 You've stated here that you hate racisim.Understandable.But to automatically brand those with racial views,(both white as well as black,) as "ignorant" might be a little condscending.Have you ever considered making a video asking the YouTube public to articulate exactly why they feel the way they do about another race? Most will probably not be able to because they admittedly don't know themselves; but some will articulate their views. It would make for an enlightening discussion.
@MrSchultzstaffel Honestly, as I stated in this video I don't like to touch on racial or any controversial topics for that matter. I don't want to deal with the fallout and the aggression that usually comes from people who think that only their views are correct. As I'm sure you already know, not everyone is mature enough to engage in a dialogue regarding race and considerate enough to respect everyone's difference of opinions. I'll pray about it, because I agree with you. Thank you 4 commenting
u gotta be geeken on something, i like what your saying but damn girl u sure ar going around your sholder to get to your asshole, this should have been a min or a min in a half video but ur rambling the whole time.. if your not geeking and this is just how u talk sorry.. but if u are geeking u gotta throw some that my way lol
@imfreetobeme8 ooh I mean that in europe they really don't have this problem oer there, of course theres always racism but it's awesome over, just sayin ;)
@imfreetobeme8 ooh I mean that in europe they really don't have this problem over there, of course theres always racism but it's awesome over there, just sayin ;)
@MisBreezyProductions oh and BTW ..I don't really have a problem here in the states. I cannot change anyone's beliefs but I am able to stand up for mine as others are able and willing to stand up for theirs. I just try to keep myself surrounded with like minded people...it does not mean I don't embrace people that are not like minded...as long as we exhibit respect towards one another. Thank you for commeting
I love this video. My boyfriend happens to be black and I'm white and most of my family is not happy... Racism is the most dumbest thing ever.. Like I said the other day, white people brought this upon themselves when they BOUGHT slaves and had them brought to america... the people who are racist are fucked in the head. I wish I WAS black. I can honestly say I like black people more than my own race.
@96amanda37 whew! I think we all need to be comfortable in our own skin and learn to love people for their character more than their color. I always try to look at what a person is truly like inside rather than what they appear as on the outside. I wish I could say all of the things I want to say to you in this comment but their isn't enough room. Thank you for watching and commenting
Love what you said about missing out on potential friendships, marriages, partnerships, business relationships....it made me think....Thanks for the video.
I GIVE YOU SOOOOO MUCH RESPECT FOR THIS VIDEO!!!! i am white (duhh lol) and i wanted to cry listening to you bc i can tell it not only irritates you at peoples stupidity to be racest but upsets you!!!! i may look white but what most people dont know is my great great great great grandfather was black so i still have black in me and i have 16% hispanic in me!! the worst experience of my life was when my x of 3 yrs broke up with me bc i had 16%hispanic n me and i jus got my fam to accept him......
@brazzealdazzeal If you read the majority of my reply comments you will hear me say over and over that people only change if and when they want to change. I can only worry about me and the type of person that I do or do not want to be and do any of us really know what we are mixed with? As I said it's sad because people's lives may be enhanced yet they won't open their hearts. Love and hate is a choice...thank you for watching and commenting
@segano1 You are right...I made this video in response to the hated of so many because of our differences. I don't want people to hate me because I'm black, white, thin, heavy, a Christian, Jewish, poor, rich, beautiful, ugly, smart, dumb...if people hate me I want it to be because of a wrong I did (and I still would want forgiveness) not because of who I am or what I look like or what I believe. That's only me ..thanks for watching and commenting
@imfreetobeme8 Yea, I see what you mean, some people might not like this and I'm not saying it's necessary, far from it, it's just that people are going to judge you no matter what, and race is just going to be part of that judgement, it can be unfair at times I know, I personally think race is fundamentally a matter of appearance and only appearance, and you should be judged on your actions and personality, not appearance because it's our actions we can control, and the kind of person we are.
@segano1 It's all choices...to love is a choice to hate is a choice to judge is a choice and to accept is a choice. If being a loving person was easy for all of us ...imagine what the world would be like. It's easy to hate because it in a way it's protective from pain. I think people are short changing themselves by shutting people out based on outer appearances. Just my opinion ...thanks for commenting
@yayeohana I believe I was saying "wow" to the comments that I read and to the extent of the level of hatred within peoples hearts. Thank you for commenting
I feel so sorry that nice people like you get judged based on stereotyping.
I believe that the best way to get along with others is to treat them the way we want to be treated, and it is obvious that there are too many angry people no matter what religion or color, who find enjoyment in hurting others.
Racism has and will exist in the minds of many forever.....thats just the simple fact and I'm really going to need for people to stop acting all butt hurt because of it. But what the girl said in her video about bitter black women who hate on black men when they are in public with white women is DEAD ON. My mom told me about a time when she was at a jazz concert with Kenny G and this black guy went on stage and proposed to a white girl and all the black girls in the audience started to boo. WTF
@SLRok you are right, racism will always exist. People have a right to feel any way they want to about any issue racial, political, spiritual.. The point I was trying to convey was good, bad, ugly doesn't have a color. Humans are highly educated but we can't learn a simple lesson. People usually only act tough when they are in groups ...get to know a person on a one on one basis and they will most likely be a different person. I can only change me. I can't change the world. TY for commenting
i totally agree with you. but there isn't a lot of people that thinks that way. i'm from Portugal and i have a lot of "black" true friends. but every time that i go out with them into a kuduro party, i feel like every one is looking at me because i'm white... and i never had a black women that was nice to me. i never thought that i was going to be "victim" of racism because everybody talks about white racism but never talks about the other side of the coin. anyway, keep on thinking that way :-)
@TheOnlymorais thank you very much for commenting and for watching ...we do have to be/become the change that we want to see the world. Everyone is entitled to think and believe the way they want and I want to be able to express who I am and stand for something good. I'm tired of bad all of the time
@Perfumised I really like to think about the words I'm saying before I just allow anything to come flying out of my mouth. Thank you for watching and for commenting
You know Im white and my ex husband is black my best friends are black my boss is black I am from DC. I now live in Ohio and I get around other white people here and I hear them talking so badly about black people. Calling them the N word. And they think just because of the color of my skin I feel the same way or its ok to talk like that around me. It hurts me to see racial hate on both sides of the gate. It kills me that a person can hate a whole race w/o knowing an individual its Painful 2 me
@cutechick316 I'm going to ask you one last time to review my video carefully. I said that I read the comments on her video and could not believe the way racism still exists. maybe you can read some of the comments on her video and then mine will possibly come through properly. Thank you for commenting
@cutechick316 could you please tell me at what point in the video I called anyone a racist? That's what makes it complicated doing videos, people that misconstrue the point that you are trying to make. I would suggest to you that you re-watch the video and also send me the timestamp on the video that I called anyone a racist please. Thank you for commenting
@imfreetobeme8 Wow. You are so nice. You put "Thank you for commenting" when you respond. I would sometimes get angry. This seems like a very serious video, and to be honest, I don't understand... But I am only fourteen.... Maybe in a few years I'll know better. So until then, I'll favor this video and subscribe! (:
@taralaba thanking people is just a natural thing for me. If someone shows a courtesy towards me I automatically say thank you. People taking time to view and comment on my videos is a courtesy. You'll learn a lot about life and about people as you age. Thank you for watching :-) commenting :-) and extra special thanks for subscribing :-)
THE BLACK MEN IS ""SUCCESSFUL IN DATING EVERY OTHER RACE OF WOMEN"" BUT BLACK WOMEN. BUT YEP IT"S ALL THE BLACK MANS PROBLEM BECAUSE EVERY OTHER RACE OF WOMEN LIKES US BUT OUR OWN... OK IF YOU SAY SO!
@theright1allthetime I'm not sure if I get everything that you're expressing here. If people only like a certain race then I guess that's their preference. I don't think it to be right or wrong. I have dated outside of my race and within my race and I have found that ugly and evil have no color on it. I think people should just look at the spirit within, but to each his own. I'm not God so what do I know...I only have opinions like everyone else. Thanks for watching and for commenting
You're sitting there with your mouth mostly open which is liked you're shocked. Number 1 Black people rarely look at the world from another perspective. Why would someone respect a people that date outside their race when you have no soda candy stores, 90% of us work for White people, have no essential culture that separates us from White people? But u wanna say we human at the end of the day but there are ALOT of hours during the day being Black in a White controlled society,
@SuperKingsincere I'm not quite sure I understand everything you are saying in this comment. I understand how prevalent racism still is ...and I am shocked by it. We can all make choices and I do agree that society controls us to a point, but then we were all given the ability to make the best choices for our lives. I can't control society, however I can control me. I have walked away from a very good job w/benefits due to racism. Was it the right choice..can't say...but it was the best 4 me.
@NYCvee yes it is...I feel like if I'm going to dislike someone or judge someone it's going to be for a more valid reason than the color of the skin they are covered in. Thanks for watching and for commenting
i love how even if someone is trying to start a fight with you by commenting, you reply with a mature, educated response. keep it up! and good for you for making a video about how you feel instead of just commenting on the other video and causes more problems.
@lizzyylooo1 I chose my username carefully. I have always been a people pleaser and tried to give people what they want and now I am free to be me and I am expressing who I am. I know some will not like who I am and how I view things or even how I express it but I still have to be true to who I am. We all have a right to express ourselves and we all have choices to turn on or off what we don't like. However, people are people and some like conflict. Thanks for watching and commenting on my video
she wasnt being racist she dosent have anything against black people the black girls in the resteraunt wa jelous of her you should make a video abot why blacks sometimees are ignorant
@faith123222 Thank you for your comment and for watching my video, however if you watched more of my vids you would know my thoughts of race and racial topics. I hate racism in any shape form or fashion. Ugly comes in all shapes, sizes and colors, so although I agree that there are times people are rude and ignorant ..I would be wrong to place a color in it. Thank you

@SweetSassyGail so do I and as Mahatma Ghandi said " we have to be the change we want to see in the world". One of my favorite quotes...I just hope I quoted it properly. Thanks for watching and for commenting
@ThePiinkster lol....what to wish for is that we could all learn to accept one another for who God made us to be. Thanks for watching and commenting and I have subscribed to your channel. Stay blessed
Casanova said 'The mind is made up of comparisons.' We're all just trying to understand the world but we only have our experiences to guide us. The more you experience, the more you understand, the more you see the connections and similarities, the more balanced you are. I'm over coming what I learned growing up in America. The most important thing I've learned is that there is no standard. The shark can kill the whale just as the whale can kill the shark. Neither is inadequate to the other.
@Phuket11011 As Oprah Winfrey learned for Maya Angelou..."when you know better, you do better". My goal in life is to be the best human being I can be...thank you for watching and for commenting on my video
youre right but at the same time- don't tell us (white people) that men don't respect us or smth like that... i think that african american people is talking more about our differences than white people., im sorry but that's the truth :-) but i like the way you think... in that situation (trish vid) that other girl was guilty because noone told her any comment about her beeing a black girl, she started that , thats way dont hate on trish.. :-)
I once loved someone for 7years of my life and was going to marry her. 2 weeks before we were to wed she told me she go though with it so we separated for 2 months and told me she was seeing someone else he was black then the rumors started to come out that she was seeing him behind my back. To have that whole affair announced on facebook in front of my friends doesn't do my pride any good and have to live with the embarrassment. This is not an attack this is an opinion
I honestly wish there were more people who share your views, I'm one of them. I'm in an interracial relationship, and because of it, my father disowned me. It's just more evidence of what you were speaking about in your video. People want to hate, because it's more of a challenge to genuinely love someone for who they are.
benevolentian 1 month ago

13biglou1992 1 month ago
@13biglou1992 I can't either...I have been getting some pretty nasty comments lately on this video and they think that I'm going to allow their ignorant ugly comments to post out here...hatred is a choice and lots of people choose it. They just hide behind a faceless profile. Thanks for sharing and for watching and commenting ...and for not choosing hatred as your choice.
imfreetobeme8 1 month ago
It's nice post that might make people think, however please do not say "_we_ are not past racism" and "_we_ just tolerate" etc.
Sorry to hear you feel that way but,
there are lot of people who actually do not see colors. Ppl who do not see discrimination for religion/gender/looks/traditions or anything else as an option.
I certainly feel I'm being one of the later group.
Still being hopeful that more people find enough confidence in themselves and join us!
ProgressProcess 1 month ago
@ProgressProcess You are right, I did speak for all of us & I know that there are many of us in that later group that do look at the interior qualities that an individual possesses...I wish we (meaning that later group) could all meet up in a room somewhere and change the world. Hmm...it was a nice thought for a few seconds..lol but as some of the nasty comments that I got proved ...some people have chosen to always remain the same. Thank you for watching and for commenting and keep on loving
imfreetobeme8 1 month ago
@imfreetobeme8
It's certainly a fact that there are plenty of ppl among every nation that are not capable of getting out of that tiny box their world is.
Sure, we all may wish that we could come together in a room & make world free fr anything nasty.
Yet being positive & not seeing colors does not make us automatically naive.
There's a good saying:
"how people treat you is their karma, how you react is yours!"
In other words: if someone has issues, we do not need to make those issues our own.

This issue has never died never gone anywhere and i keeps growing.its 2012 an look at how our black president is being treated not only from fellow americans but some other world leaders !!! we see it everday ,how can this be a surprise you !!! did you really think racism was dead ......
keving52002 1 month ago
@keving52002 No I did not think that it was dead...I just thought that we as humans had attained a higher level of human understanding and tolerance for one another since we focus on education and pride ourselves on being so highly educated. I also would have to find a white woman with the same things in common with me as well... I am a nice looking white guy(I think so) lol and honestly Id date whatever kinda woman as long as I felt I could fall in love with her.
SuRihtanil 1 month ago
@SuRihtanil Amen, that's what I'm talking about. Why should color be a factor...it should be about what is inside the person and as you said having something in common with the other person (people) involved. Thank you for watching and for commenting and I hope you find what you are looking for :-)
imfreetobeme8 1 month ago
Racism normal exist in low class areas. There are some rich white men, and rich black men that are still racist but normally you find racism in rough parts of towns. And just because you have the internet doesn't mean you're high class, most commenting are low class people with no education, the ones that bring the hate.
I can understand the facts its rough dealing with mixing, I know my family has went thru the drama of racism thru interracial relationships. Its rough at times!
SuRihtanil 1 month ago
@SuRihtanil I guess I read your comments backwards. I agree very much with your 2nd part but this part I'm not so sure because I don't know if racism knows a certain class. You may be right but I feel racism is a choice. Even if it's taught as a child an adult chooses to stay that way. It's a tough subject to tackle but it is a choice that each of us chooses to exhibit or not to exhibit. I still thank you for watching and for commenting

Girl.. there are always a few bad apples in every group/ race/ religion that make the rest look bad.
Debbie71084 1 month ago
@Debbie71084 I totally agree with you. Love is a choice just as hate is. We can only change ourselves and change is sometimes a hard thing to do. A person has to want to change and to want to change means that we see something that needs to be changed and one of the hardest people in life to face is one's self. It's a lot of work that most don't want to do. There is a fine line between awareness and judging and it's easy to cross over. Thank you for watching and commenting

Once again, great vid.
luvizathingofdapast 1 month ago in playlist Uploaded videos
@luvizathingofdapast I never looked at it that way...not oversimplified. I have enjoyed your comments. Thank you so much for taking the time to watch the video and to comment. I'm glad you saw the video for it's real and true meaning . Thank you
imfreetobeme8 1 month ago
I also like that your video looks at the bigger picture. The idea of disliking or hating someone without knowing the person is definitely the bigger problem. Now I understand why kids around the country are committing suicide due to bullying (including online bullying!). Could you imagine a 10 year old having to deal with some of the negativity that's out there? I mean, i'm a man in my late 20s and sometimes I even have a hard time dealing with the negativity out there.
luvizathingofdapast 1 month ago in playlist Uploaded videos
@luvizathingofdapast I agree so much and I hear your voice in this comment. People are free to be meaner online than in person. This could be stopped but as long as the masses tolerate it ...who will stand up to stop it? The sad thing is when we get out here and say nasty mean things ..do we really know who we are speaking to? Maybe it is a 10 year old child behind a faceless profile. I've seen rude comments on children's and teens videos..I do believe that in life you reap back what you sow
imfreetobeme8 1 month ago
Secondly, a number of commenters are expressing a dislike for your video based on the way you speak and not on what you're actually saying.
luvizathingofdapast 1 month ago
@luvizathingofdapast aww finally!!!!!!!! someone gets it. What a breath of fresh air you are to breathe in. I made my video mainly in response to the comments that were on her video...not necessarily the video itself. Yeah but I wondered why they just didn't turn the video off of they didn't like the way that I paused throughout the video. I just turn videos off that turn me off.
MrSchultzstaffel 1 month ago
@MrSchultzstaffel thank you for critiquing my video so thoroughly. I kindly accept it however, my username was chosen carefully. I am free to be ME, which means if I want to talk to the camera at 3am and not make much sense then I want to feel free to do it. imfreetobeme8 1 month ago

MrSchultzstaffel 1 month ago
@MrSchultzstaffel Honestly, as I stated in this video I don't like to touch on racial or any controversial topics for that matter. I don't want to deal with the fallout and the aggression that usually comes from people who think that only their views are correct.

I GIVE YOU SOOOOO MUCH RESPECT FOR THIS VIDEO!!!! i am white (duhh lol) and i wanted to cry listening to you bc i can tell it not only irritates you at peoples stupidity to be racest but upsets you!!!! i may look white but what most people dont know is my great great great great grandfather was black so i still have black in me and i have 16% hispanic in me!! the worst experience of my life was when my x of 3 yrs broke up with me bc i had 16%hispanic n me and i jus got my fam to accept him......
brazzealdazzeal 1 month ago
@brazzealdazzeal If you read the majority of my reply comments you will hear me say over and over that people only change if and when they want to change. I can only worry about me and the type of person that I do or do not want to be and do any of us really know what we are mixed with? As I said it's sad because people's lives may be enhanced yet they won't open their hearts. Love and hate is a choice...thank you for watching and commenting

Race is part of ones identity, just like size, height, build, religion, nationality and personality, it's just natural, you can't blame nature.
segano1 1 month ago
@segano1 You are right...I made this video in response to the hated of so many because of our differences. I don't want people to hate me because I'm black, white, thin, heavy, a Christian, Jewish, poor, rich, beautiful, ugly, smart, dumb...if people hate me I want it to be because of a wrong I did (and I still would want forgiveness) not because of who I am or what I look like or what I believe. That's only me ..thanks for watching and commenting
imfreetobeme8 1 month ago
@imfreetobeme8 Yea, I see what you mean, some people might not like this and I'm not saying it's necessary, far from it, it's just that people are going to judge you no matter what, and race is just going to be part of that judgement, it can be unfair at times I know, I personally think race is fundamentally a matter of appearance and only appearance, and you should be judged on your actions and personality, not appearance because it's our actions we can control, and the kind of person we are.
segano1 1 month ago
@segano1 It's all choices...to love is a choice to hate is a choice to judge is a choice and to accept is a choice. If being a loving person was easy for all of us ...imagine what the world would be like. It's easy to hate because it in a way it's protective from pain. I think people are short changing themselves by shutting people out based on outer appearances. Just my opinion ...thanks for commenting

WTF
SLRok 2 months ago
@SLRok you are right, racism will always exist. People have a right to feel any way they want to about any issue racial, political, spiritual.. The point I was trying to convey was good, bad, ugly doesn't have a color. Humans are highly educated but we can't learn a simple lesson. People usually only act tough when they are in groups ...get to know a person on a one on one basis and they will most likely be a different person. I can only change me. I can't change the world. TY for commenting
imfreetobeme8 2 months ago
i totally agree with you. but there isn't a lot of people that thinks that way. i'm from Portugal and i have a lot of "black" true friends. but every time that i go out with them into a kuduro party, i feel like every one is looking at me because i'm white... and i never had a black women that was nice to me. i never thought that i was going to be "victim" of racism because everybody talks about white racism but never talks about the other side of the coin. anyway, keep on thinking that way :-)

Thank you for commenting
imfreetobeme8 2 months ago
@cutechick316 could you please tell me at what point in the video I called anyone a racist? That's what makes it complicated doing videos, people that misconstrue the point that you are trying to make. I would suggest to you that you re-watch the video and also send me the timestamp on the video that I called anyone a racist please. Thank you for commenting

theright1allthetime 2 months ago

But u wanna say we human at the end of the day but there are ALOT of hours during the day being Black in a White controlled society,
SuperKingsincere 2 months ago
@SuperKingsincere I'm not quite sure I understand everything you are saying in this comment. I understand how prevalent racism still is ...and I am shocked by it. We can all make choices and I do agree that society controls us to a point, but then we were all given the ability to make the best choices for our lives. I can't control society, however I can control me. I have walked away from a very good job w/benefits due to racism. Was it the right choice..can't say...but it was the best 4 me.
