hey toni, to me, your material looks more like river cane than young bamboo shoots. Am I correct in my observation? The black and white view of your vid could be impeding my judgment, but thats what it looks like to me. I still like your technique. Thanks for making the vid

Excellent. I have never seen this done with bamboo before. Great Idea as I have lots in the garden that needs cutting down.
P.s. Will you make any of your videos in colour.

Great stuff! Do you have to dry the willow in any way, or can you use it straight away?
It's an underated material I think.

Thanks for your comment. Willow, if dried, should always be soaked and mellowed before use. The bamboo I used straight away.
