Floyd Mayweather needs to shutup about the PEDs because both parties are/have been guilty. Floyd Mayweather used Xylocaine, a drug used to numb his hands. That means he punched harder in his fights without feeling pain when normally his hands would've given out on him, given his history of breaking his hands in fights.
