Since the days when I listened to bands like Blink and other softer bands I've gone with heavier music. I came to check out these guys because they are playing at the same time as SOAD and Machinehead at Soundwave. SOAD win for me.

When I first got into AVA they had just released I-Empire and I had just started dating my now fiance'. At the time I liked AVA better than blink because all their songs made me think of her. When Love came out everything started to sound the same and blah. now after hearing both Neighborhoods and Love pt.2 I'm thrilled blink is back cause their album was good...love pt. 2 not so much

However, this past month I decided to give it another try and I've become seriously OBSESSED with AVA. Hallucinations, Surrender, Clever Love, Young London, Epic Holiday, Shove, are seriously amazing. Like you said, their music is so positive and at the same time catchy.
