Brain is being an asshole. When he thought the film festival was going to be sci-fi he was fine with it, it wasn't until he found out it was going to be a gay festival that he didn't like it. I'd say gay film festival would bring in more different types of people then any other kind considering as Luke said it would have a little bit of both. I know Brians problem is something else that i'm not going to say since i don't want to ruin it for anyone but it's more of his problem then Luke's.

Brian's job is to do EXACTLY what Luke tells him to do as long as it is legal.

There is nothing wrong with flyers going out at a gay film fest except Brian's cowardice. Any one who is anti-gay wouldn't give money to Luke's foundation any way because a tiny bit of research (which ALL donors would do on gp) would turn up the fact that Luke is part of the LGBTQ org at his college. It's not a secret that Luke's gay nor should it be.

@Trochaic42 Brian is an ass. We should fight homophobia wherever and whenever it presents itself. "Being gay" isn't the issue. Anti-gay behavior is the issue. Brian is Luke's employee, not the other way around. Conservative cowards always want to shut people by saying things like "Don't make waves, why are you being so sensitive, etc".

The only time Luke every brings up being gay is when something anti-gay happens. Brian is clearly uncomfortable with Luke's sexuality and gayness in general.
