  • @Ru55ianGrim Over time it builds muscle, just like any other routine thing done. As long as your not a retard (that's you) and do it excessively then eventually you will build your legs up.

  • @maafakata ... close grip push ups will work out your triceps more than wide grip push ups. (space/ width between your hands). wide grip ones will work out your chest...

    close grip chin or pull ups are easier because your biceps is doin´ more work than your back. pull ups (wide grip) are more difficult for most of the people.

    I personally think it is necessary to do close and wide grip push and pull ups.

  • @DerRichey Btw, close grip push ups, is also good for your inner chest, so give it a chance in your chest routine. Every variation is good to add In your workout
