The cartoon style sort of reminds me of the bird and elephant basketball players who got their garments mixed up. Little coach guy solves the problem for them...Very similar.
I don't know about the animation studio, but that's clearly Hal Smith as all three characters. I get a kick out of hearing Hanna Barbera voice actors in Sesame Street inserts.
I really like that ant. Loved his cute voice.
