This is one of the reasons i say we have a long way to go . i am sure what happened here is somebody in lands office and friends colluded to lie to people that these lands were for sale and after selling them off at huge sums of money they disappeared.now the innocent buyers have to deal with rip off while the sellers laugh their asses of to the Bank . unfortunately in Kenya the buyers will never get their money back .

Hata hivyo the buyers should look at history of the property in question before purchasing the relevant property. Legality of the settlement does not depend on provision of services by ulitity companies. On the other hand, the relevant authorities should have awaited the Court's decision.
