I know this video is a bit old but did you're sled have a oil injector on it? or did you run mix gas? I have my 2005 MXZx as my account pic and i have to run mixed gas. Just wondering if you found a way to put an oil injector on it so i didnt have to mix everytime i wanted to refill when im out on a ride.

@11tangerine my Sled came Stock Oil Injected.. like ALL Skidoos ( Except for 440x REV or 600RS Xp's ) So Unless your Sled is a 440/600 or 800 mod there is to be an Oil pump otherwise it might has been removed by the previous Owner i guess !

@snipz9024 Gear Ratio are 21/45 Track is a Camoplast backcountry 15X121X1,75 -

Clutch are Stock in this vid... Suspension well its kinda long but to make it short there setted at the Stiffess compression and mid damping

other mods are MBRP Standard Can, K&N Filters... Carbs Jetted to 460

all the Sound Deadning Foam, Alot ot of Venting

For this Season i also run 8Tooth Driver instead of the 10T...and added VForce3's ;)

@esracoon About 500 with fuel, oil and what not. Ski-doo has the lightest sleds though. They make a 600cc snowmobile that weighs 399lbs dry!

I like 800's and all but I think they just blow up to soon. My 03 600 ZX chassis MXZ has 16,000 miles and i beat the shit out of it and I've only ever done rings, and intake boots.

@byPetra Yeah..i know guys that didnt had luck with there 800...but i indeed didnt had any issues since i bought it brand new exept a Blown Manifold while it had about 300km.... Never Rebuilt, it is its 5th Season now...3600km running strong 155lbs + Compressiion on each cylinder..... i take care of it alot and it pays... i also beleive that the way i ride it ( always like in my vids ) is The Corect way to ride an 800 Rotax... Just like a Motocross :P
