Is this GY6 engine water cooled or air cooled? I have heard that there are different versions of this engine now. The "A" being the air cooled and the newer "B" is the water cooled. How easy is this swap? How is the rear GY6 brake? Could this conversion be done with basic tools? Are the motor mounts as strong as the original setup? I live where there are TONS TONS of potholes.
Well to modify the stock 50cc engine with the best of the best Dr. Pulley tranny parts and custom exhaust it would cost about half of what it costs for the 150cc conversion kit for the C3. I am thinking about the conversion. The conversion would get the angry cars off of me for going so slow. The "CY6" is worth considering.
