Hold your notes longer and don't blow so many of em. Practice drawing and blowing one hole at a time and hold onto the note. Try calmly and evenly drawing the 2 and slowly blowing the 4 and slowly drawing the 4 with a bend and keep that bend sliding right over to the 2 draw and bend it down more and slide to the 1.
