Just for the future: you should really limit the window size to 1280x720 and then do the recording. That way the quality stays exactly the same when you do HD. Oh, and use Audio replace (or w/e) to add some sound :)

Just record at exactly 1280x720 and no more, to avoid losing quality when downsampling.
