How many black people are there in the United States. and how many are poor? Who has the higher ratio of poor to total population? Probably blacks. They also disproportionately make up the prison population.

But I disagree with you to an extent. Even as a Church member, I give offerings on Sundays, and put what I can in the collection tray when I attend mid week Bible studies. I also pay my tithe. My church is a small Bible based church that focuses a lot on teaching, helping struggling members with needs, youth development, meeing needs to disabled, etc. Funds are needed to run the church, and a few of the programs we have. So I have no prob. with that. Afterall, I used to spend more partying.

I'm not a church goer at all, but when my local church was rasing funds to convert an old part of the church into a discount cafe for us and a place for the local kids to go, i donated my fair share becuase i believed in that cause. $25,000 in loans and still counting.....I know people with $150,000+. I've had this conversation with many friends before, the education system IS a scam. Yeah sure some, minorities mostly, may make it out to get that dream job but the majority of us ends up just, working!! compared to Whites, I know from experience, they get exactly the job they desire, better salary and or are pampered by execs to be heads in charge to work their way up.

Getting out of college can be an Irony to getting out of jail, you work your way into society while trying to maintain. I spent 5 years in college and 3 1/2 - 4 years of it was mostly bullshit classes. Shit i already got in high school. It wasn't until the last semester, I was actually in courses that meant something. All that money owed and not working a dream job.

Teaching about self empowerment isn't preaching racism. It is teaching what isn't always taught in many neighborhoods . I've seen the man speak and I'm not a Muslim...it was like a good motivational...add a little educational talk. The media, schools, and even hear-say sometimes refuses to present the entire truth and people like this fill in the blanks. I would hope that people who speak the truth continue to do so...on microphones every evening.

But I disagree with you to an extent. Even as a Church member, I give offerings on Sundays, and put what I can in the collection tray when I attend mid week Bible studies. I also pay my tithe. My church is a small Bible based church that focuses a lot on teaching, helping struggling members with needs, youth development, meeing needs to disabled, etc. Funds are needed to run the church, and a few of the programs we have. So I have no prob. with that. Afterall, I used to spend more partying.

I can appreciate what you say. I'm not a church goer at all, but when my local church was rasing funds to convert an old part of the church into a discount cafe for us and a place for the local kids to go, i donated my fair share becuase i believed in that cause. Its defferent when your talking about larger organisations with more evidance of profit making than charity. If moneys sat in banks, if its for this ambiguos good cause, im skeptical. They can have my time, not my livlihood.

Soulblackman ...Allow me to elaborate..The only way into the Kingdom of God is through Jesus Christ. That is...to accept Him as your Holy Savior whom died on the cross for you. Jesus is the only way to God and everlasting life. I have been preached to by many of Muslims and everyone claimed Jesus to be 'a' great prophet but stopped short of accepting Him as their only Savior. Only one path to salvation myfriend..through the sacrificed blood of Christ. One answer for all questions. Peace!

fARRAKHAN is a white folk hater and racist. He is dangerous in that he promotes LIES. He worships a God without Jesus Christ. The Bible says all those who do not acknowledge Jesus will suffer eternal suffering. Farrakhan will bring as many of his followers with him to hell as he can.

First of all, Islam is the ONLY religion that includes Jesus, the Christ as a part of it's tenents. But here is my question. Do you include Jews, as those who suffer eternally, for rejecting Christ?
