  • work on your bends - stay in key

  • @RDblues47 Yes, I knew that! It was done in under 2-3 minutes to try to show it...I now have a longer time-frame, I hate all the stuff I did then!!!!!!!!!

  • @basix4 dont get me wrong you sound great and play awesome thatis not an easy solo ! !!! infact thanks to you i think I can play it now !

  • It's as if Brian May is in the room

  • tune your guitar mate

  • ..your good man.. but if you want to do it right.. you need to have a real Red Special.. and unfortunately it's impossible mate..

  • I dunno what some comments are about here. yes it sounds a bit naff but it's a lesson and it's done it's job, it aint meant to be a concert quality recording. Thanks for posting, it sorted me out in no time.

  • ur good man, grateful for ur efforts to teach these classics from queen bcz these solos are hard to capture. Im proud to belong to these Queen guitar enthusiasts.

these lessons helps a lot dude!!

  • thanks

  • great cover man.

you look a pro doing those trems.

  • great tone...pitching could be a lil more accurate, brian may was excellent at it

  • holly crap the pick against the strings is like nails on a chalk board. maybe patch the amp into the camera or record yourself. But man your bends are way better than mine!!!!

  • YES!!! It is very trebley....top end. More recent vids are less harsh..I Hope? I may look at removing these earlier ones. At least 60 of them?

  • not good

  • i hear alot of mistakes but its pretty good ;)

  • the same!

  • Your bends need a lot of work! It's a tough solo to play well though.

  • They are usually ok when I play most of the time.....we can have off days too. These very early vids I did were in their infancy so most of them were hurried which also had a part of losing the exactness needed for solos like this one. Also the stupidly lite string set allows for easy over pitching... 8,9,11,16W,22W,34W

  • You are a brilliant guitarist man! How long have you been playing and where are you getting all the Queen solo's from?

  • Very kind. Played about 25 years....

I work all the solo's out for myself. I do a lot of transcribing of the parts....vocals and guitar parts so have learned a lot through my own working out. Lots(most) of Tabs etc can be wrong so I choose to work my own stuff.

  • Thanks!!!

  • you are good , but you dont teach well , you go too fast my friend, and you dont say what fret should go!

  • Well, a lot of the early videos(like this one) had a short time frame as I only had a 3 minute limit (due to the memory card etc..This has now been sorted and it's only the 10 minute limit here that cuts short my current videos) Later ones do allow me to present more in depth.

  • still you are one of my favourite users. i got you in my bookmarks , keep working hard my friend. thank you for give me the chance to learn queen´s songs. take care pal.

  • easy bud

  • Ronaldo!

  • i love your guitar where did u get it?

  • I made it. I still make them for people ;)All original features.

  • no. brian may made that guitar.

  • Er no, Brian May made the original, he built that one himself.

  • red special replica right?

  • ta man that helped tons. ppl who say it's bad blatantly dont play guitar and don't appreciate it cos they see other ppl who are amazing :/
