The BOV sounds very interesting. It would be a good way to run the throttle body on the intake manifold and eliminate some of the problems of increased intake volume, while at the same time keeping your hose unions from blowing off lol.
Would it be possible to show me how you welded the BOV to the Manifold? I want to get a BOV on my supercharger, but have not tried it yet, but you seem to have experience with it. Thanks!

its a JRSC M45 with a Greddy RS BOV welded on the outlet manifold
