from a dj's view the only purpose of them is swag. you can get good a dj pair like Sennheisers for that amount or you can get pretty much the same sound for $200 less.

from someone who listens to music regularly the price is insane. so what if they have high bass, get some speakers for at most $100 for bass. only purpose is swag.

of course i'm only talking about the studio type. the earphones are bad. the speakers look good though!
