Well when Americans can produce a fuel efficient car that LASTS then myself and many others who buy imports will buy them. I owned two American cars and both crapped out within a year of ownership. I've now owned an import for 2 years and have had no problems. Bought the import with higher mileage too. I would love to buy American, I just can't afford to. If you have a 3d model of anything it can be turned into a paper print out using PEPAKURA. You just have to do a lot of folding and gluing.

It's called LOM, Laminated Object Manufacturing, you use it to make prototypes. The computer breaks the model into thin layers witch then is cout out with a laser and glued ontop of eachother. Quite common accualy...

Although you are partly right, this particular model isn't made this way. This is actually available to purchase and build yourself (I believe this model is sold out at this time). It indeed is made in a 3d modeling program, but then it's "unfolded" instead of being cut up into many thin layers.
