SitRep & Ninja are the two best yellow perks, probably the best perks in MW2. SitRep is good in Free-For-All cause its you against 7 others and most players use Commando for UMP rushing and Steady Aim for Quickscopers. Also, Ninja can counter SitRep with silent footsteps and good for Search and Destroy. So IMO Ninja & SitRep Pro kick ass!
