If you haven't read that article, its a STOCK ZX-14 vs. a bunch of cars while doing a 60-120 roll. The fastest car being a Viper with 950hp and the bike still wins. Car lovers can talk all the shit they want, but in the end a STOCK Busa/14 will smoke 99% of cars on the road.

@macfahad its called modifications. the mustang clearly isnt stock. a street car can beat a bike. there are cars on the street that run in the 9's thats a little faster then most stock bikes people own. also from a roll the bikes advantage is a little less. my buddys mustang kept up with a 900 ninja and will beat most new 600cc bikes. the ninja only pulled a bike length from 90-150ish.
You're right. If you have someone who KNOWS how to ride a CBR600RR they will beat any car on the road. There is no way a 5.0 can beat that CBR unless te guy on the CBR doesn't know how to punch it.
The CBR does 0-60 in 3 seconds. Only Ferrais and Lambos can do that, no way a Mustang is matching a Ferrari.

Ok it started in what sounded like 2 gear in that rev range about 40mph accelerated hard into 4/5 high revs. should have been doing 140/150 yet the wind and camera dont change at all. The car wouldnt be able to get near it. Ive had Noble M12s that get slaughtered by mine.
Is it restricted??? If not get that bike back to the shop!!! Oh do you yanks get watered down versions??

Leathers are for the track so you're not getting skin grafts between races and track days. It would be uncomfortable and ridiculous because crashing is so common. Guard rails, semi's, and cement barriers are the concern of street riders...not their fucking skin. That is the least of their worries.

Hmmm. A stock 600cc will run the 1/4 in around 10 seconds. I don't think ANY age can say that's slow. No 320hp car can do that. Also, how much does it cost to a)buy a new car, and b)tune it to run 10 sec? I'll guess more than $10,000, which is what a 600 goes for out the door. Power to weight FTW
