Elbow is a great band but why do always people, in order to praise a great band, feel the need to critice another great band? So ignorant and disrespectful, not to mention extremely close-minded.

@olavm91 It's because thats how humans work, in their mind for them to rank bands, they must compare and insult the lower outcome. Its only natural, but sometimes its true. Elbow is completely more talented than Coldplay. But then again, so is every other band. =]

@SunnyShine43 I disagree. Coldplay is obviously a talented band and the only reason why people hate on them is because they are the most successful mainstream band in the alternative genre at the moment, even if they didnt deserve to be.

@olavm91 Coldplay is widely over-rated. They are less talented than half of the bands out there less popular. I own all of their albums (my friends hard drive) And liked 2 songs! 2! They are just talentless.. A little better than jonas brothers imo.

Its difficult debating the issue though, because music is a very subjective matter.

But I kind of understand you. Personally, I cant stand Muse. All they do is ripping off classical songs, Queen and Radiohead, and people keeps calling them the most innovative band in the world...

@olavm91 I actually kind of agree with you there. But you're right, it is unfair for us to judge with only our knowledge, because our knowledge is limited to just us. Cold Play is alright, but they're against everything i believe in in music, and i think this is why people dont like them, but love muse. Its stereotypical of people to prefer Muse. But same case, i only like about 5 songs by muse.

@83169 Well, one important difference - Sweet could actually pull off those operatic vocals and harmonies live, without tapes... Somewhere on here there's an acoustic/unplugged version of Lady Starlight with them doing just that...

@bashraum seriously, I wondered the same thing. I am from the US; this band is amazing and I just heard about them today and am addicted to all there songs. It does show how under appreciated some good bands are.

odd, I was at this concert, and loved this set. I had no idea who they were, walking in late. I'm glad I found out! They were arguably the best band there, and they sound better live. thanks for this video, I saw so many people with cameras, and had no clue how to access the videos, not knowing who they were, haha!
