I love how people badmouth a martial art just because they think whatever the hell they know (if they know anything.) is better. Honestly I don't care what others think about Kenpo I know it works and thats all I need to know. I don't go out and try to dis other arts because I have an open mind and I think everybody should, trust me you will learn a lot more. I believe every art has its strenghts and weaknesses. No art is perfect. "If it was created by man It automatically has flaws."

Actually, along with Gracie Jujitsu, this is one of the most comprehensive systems out there and one of the best "Stand-Up, Striking" arts.

Combine this system with "Gracie" and very few people will be able to success against you...

this, no. there's no way this could work against any true "attacker". you'd have to be fighting someone very incompetent for this to work in any capacity

Yes, this would work, as most "true attackers" have no training and the ones that do would probably not continue their attack, as their understanding that their target "knows what to do" would be a good deterrent.

Does Gracie become less effective if the "attacker" also knows Gracie???

the moment he pokes you in the eyes is crucial, for that small moment he can pretty much do whatever he wants to you. there is no referee to pause the action because of a gouge to the eye or groin shot.

You are missing the point. I think Mr. Parker devised the techniques to demonstrate a method of teaching alphabet of motion in related groupings. So no technique ever suggests that you should attempt to pull it off in its entirety in a fight. "Technique" is showing you angles, lines, circles, position recognition, power principals,body mechanics,vital targets,cancellation of attacker's zones,and other principals suggesting appropriate responses to various situations you might find yourself in.

Blinding Sacrifice is just a study of motion. In the proper situation, a true attacker attempting to start a fight with a step through 2 hand push would probably be finished off in the first move.

Guy comes at you with a 2 hand push, you strike him with 2-finger thrusts to take out the eyes as you pass, used to wedge through the push so hes walking right into it, as you step through a cat to a forward bow and strip his arms apart as he reaches for his eyes to open him up for double heel palm to the groin and headbutt to smash his face in case he folds in reaction to a groin shot. End of story, guy gets his eyes gouged/sliced, a crushing blow to the groin and possibly a broken nose or jaw

He can whip regular guys, but not the animals I've seen on felony fights or any of those MMA guys, I know from first hand experience, so called kill techiques don't always work, i hit a guy 3 times in the throat in a street fight and the guy was still fight, this old man would have to eat his black belt.

nah i saw a 9 year old girl take a hard baseball to the throat..she cried for a couple minutes but was no worse for the wear. i thought she was finished for sure. on the other hand, i've seen grown men crumple from such a blow
