@ebencipe well thats a whole nother philosophy. some people are thin and dying of anorexia and theyre still fat in their own eyes. i think there needs to be an equal balance and not focus on weight (theyre saying now the BMI charts dont matter, that its BUILD and they do all these funky measurements) but to focus on health itself.

@ebencipe lots of people go all bulimic and starve themselves because of what family says about weight (i tried it myself) so it has to be about health, not "you work out, eat right and ure still just fat!" people focus too much on obesity they dont notice the signs when someone loses weight unhealthily but i got praise for starving! i dont think ppl want that to happen to their kids
