This is comparing apples to oranges! The tek DPO3000 series is a fair comparison. E.g., the tek DPO3014 has 2.5GSa/s, 9" screen, 5M memory, built in ethernet and usb (pay for that on a Agilent), built in advanced math (pay for that on a Agilent), 50,000 wf/sec. The agilent kicks ass on that last spec! But I'm not convinced it's all that important, as triggering will catch the glitch.
