She likes her freedom, she's said so a lot. She can't even commit to a plant xD As for France, Julie Benz only had a contract as long as those episodes, she won't be back, at least not soon. Dana might eventually, but she's doing a new pilot, it's still up in the air so we don't really know if Katherine will be back or not.
