  • What a gem of a song never heard this before until now, it has got a hint of t the

Drifters Song thrown in .All In all this version is very close to the original

I think its even better. The instruments picked for this song bring out the

best in this song& Larry has done a wonderful job. Many thks for the posting

  • Well, I like the Stones' version.

  • Both versions are very different so it depends which mood I'm in. Usually I'm upbeat so I think on most days I chose this version.

  • Doesn't come close to Arthur Alexander's version.Larry Finnegan nis a good singer, but this not a good song for him.

  • @delsh2

We all know music is subjective, I like both versions, but Ihappen to like Larry's a little better.

  • Thank you so much!

  • Good cover of an Arthur Alexander song. But I still like AA's version. AA was great singer who put a lot emotion into the words. pinkfloyd59

  • While listening to this song, in my mind I can picture the poor dude face-to-face with the rich dude and him saying,

"I'm never gonna let her go, you better move on!"

but behind the poor guy is the girlfriend and she's making that telephone hand gesture and mouthing to the rich guy,

    "Call me !"

  • This is lovely! I was quite besotted with his Dear One. Thank you.
