as hectic as the piece is already, i can only imagine what it would sound like with all metal distortion guitars(it would probably ruin it) but that's not gonna stop me from trying. but i'm wondering, is this possible on a single guitar(not a serious question) or on an organ(slightly serious). I just want to know how i can simplify it. I don't have enough resources to get a bunch of friends to learn this, so it would only be me, or me and one other friend. Is this technically advanced? or simple
Very impressed! Easily among my all-time favorite movements, it's nice to see others bring out the sense of gravitas and depth it is capable of. I appreciated the ending in particular, using harmonics and other variations on timbre to reflect the orchestration.

Thanks for listening, deelymc! This arrangement was made from the orchestral score. We do most of our own arranging, (including this piece) and most of the arrangements evolve as we continue to play them. Since they are so specifically tailored to our group, we don't publish them. I would encourage you to get together with your fellow guitarists with the orchestral score and do some discovery of your own! It is a much more authentic collaborative process.
All 4 are fine players with taste and a real sense of balance. Bravo for this pretty good (and unexpected) arrangement of this superb 2nd movement of the famous 7th by Ludwig. Roland Dyens
That was awesome! Nice dynamics and good balance. Best quartet i have seen ever.

why did you make the intro so staccato? can we all agree that was a shitty idea?
other than that, great interpretation

Fantastic arrangement. I've been working on a few arrangements of Beethoven's music for guitar myself (with the help of Midi)...
