  • The Common Consciousness wasnt destroyed here. Either there are more in labs elsewhere or the physical bodies of the members of the CC are irrelevant. Because something is still transmitting orders to the Monolith, the CNPP is still unapproachable and blowouts are still continuing in the Zone.

  • The one and only ending that I would ever choose...

    ...FREEDOOOM!!!

  • *Pack of wolves devour him*

"Hey... I can wish too cant I?"

  • Protip:

    1) Go find the endgame slideshow music for Fallout: New Vegas

    2) Turn down volume on this video and play the music from New Vegas immediately after the screen fades to black after Strelok shoots up the pods.

    3) Awesome.

  • @DarkBladeAngel

To my opinion, I'm afraid not, sir...

This isn't really about style, but about making a symbolic act. Attempting to destroy the C-Consciousness is more like releasing the world from a truly destructive threat than, simply, killing the baddies.

Know that I have played both games...

  • @ravenscaresAL Nevermind. I failed to see it because Youtube doesn't highlight posts you made anymore.

  • Why didn't they use the same voice actor for Call of Prypiat?

  • @trabant14 he wasnt really a big character in call of pripyat so they probably didnt bother. maybe in stalker 2 though, as he is the main protagonist

  • *Tree collapses and kills Strelok*

Haha, you can't destroy the Monolith b*tch

  • What a long game took me two weeks to complete fully all quests

  • 27 people are controlled by the monolith

  • Strelok handed informaton over the goverment in Call of pripyat full good ending , his knowledge will be used for better understanding of the zone

  • Guys i think Strealok is still in the zone in this video XD first of all, in the third stalker game his still in chernobyl, secound off all HE TELEPORTED into this cut scene. So what does this all lead to? TELEPORTET out the HELL HOLE as far away as possible perhaps cordon. Why this was all worth it? well strealok destroyed c-consciousness!

  • 0:41 !! did anyone hear Ghost and Fang talking? i heard some of the words on Russian

''He is not dreaming this....not dreaming this.... not dreaming this... *voice fades away*

''Give him to rest *voice fades again*''

  • I love how in the game the game his gun's shell discharge is on the wrong side, but in this cutscene it's on the right side.

  • One question: How the hell did he get that far with that AK?

  • @SlahyX I guess we will never know.

  • Too bad this ending isn't unlockable. Guide won't spawn.

  • @Quikraptor Damn ya gotta restart the whole game over again.

  • Strelok has some fresh threads

  • As I understood from STalker-Pripyat, the Zone didn't go anywhere?

Stelok just destroyed the control over it and happily went home to become a researcher at the end.

btw- the scene with him laying in the grass is almost the same that's used in an old loosely related movie "STALKEr"

  • this is the best ending.he just takes a nap right here. And at stalker call of pripyat when you meet strelok he says that the wish granter is fake.So people how the fu*k can you think that this ending sucks when its the best that can be?

  • ah....such peach and tranquility and yes you should be thankfull for that

  • this is true ending! so cool)))

  • Seriously guys if u got questions you should visit the stalker wiki it has everything written there. But now im wondering was that and illusion or was strelok like teleported to the edge of the zone where it was peacful. Probably he was just daydreaming I mean seriously if had been near the edge of the zone he would have crossed the border and not go all the way back to pripyat to leave the zone.

  • You know guys in my opinion both endings kinda add-up to the cop sequel. Here is how I see things :

    1) Strelok joins th c-consciousness.

    2) Strelok destroys the c-consciousness thus stabilizing the noonsphere.

and after one of these endings after strelok learns the truth he escapes the CNPP.

Still my gut feeling tells me that option nr 2 is THE TRUE ENDING. Well or rather a new beginning =)

  • @SaiMoNx8 no, the nooshere cannot be repaired or stabilised, so blowouts must be made at lest one a day to stabilize "pressure" or radiation etc. coming fom the 'crack' to the zone and because noosphere cannot be reraired, the zone will aways exist..

    fuck you c- consniouses!

  • Comment removed

  • so he just dies? or he falls asleep? either way its a crapyish ending

  • @12togo34 he is sleeping

  • eh actually never left the zone, when he got to the wish granter. It's just an illusion !!

  • When i was going to that Wish Granter mission, i though the game still had a WAY too long way to go

  • mmm... i think that this ending was made for the build 1935, maybe those stasis pods were in the X8 lab (wich is in the generators), because at 0:50 he is in a forest, and the Generators were in a forest...

  • if you have no decoder you can use your gauss rifle. search for "stalker how to open the secret door without decoder". its really cool!

  • what is that machine that holds that peopple inside?

  • it would be funny if he sat on one of those anommolies that drags you in and crushes you.

  • how do u get dis ending im still in da middle of da game and i like dis ending not da 5 bad 1s

  • @escaladep

There are two storylines in this game. The road to the central of the zone, and finding out who you are, and why you lost your memory. If you try to find the truth, you may get this ending.

  • @escaladep

Probably you already completed it, but to get this ending you have to get decoder, witch opens secret door to Monolith control.

  • I don't understand how this is the true ending if Cop takes place afterwords.

  • @joke788 Maybe this is just an illusion, or strelok just got teleported out of the zone .

  • @spudnik961 I believe you because the site itself said this is the real ending but if its an illusion how did Strelok get out of it? The out of the zone I get. anyway thanks for the responce

  • Comment removed

  • @joke788 My theory should be true, Strelok eliminated the C-con's, that must have been an illusion, because if he did kill them in real life, the monolith would be destroyed, and for trying to kill them the zone teleported Strelok out of the zone . It's either that or CoP is a different universe but I highly doubt that .

  • @spudnik961 In CoP the monolith is no where near their former strength because the c-con was destroyed. Plus there is a mission in CoP about some ex-monolith soldiers who are no longer brain washed.

  • @joke788

STrelok is teleported out. He finds his way back into the zone in CoP.

(All other endings, he is not able to go anywhere, yet he shows up in CoP.)

  • @JoshuatheKodiak thanks bro

  • Is this the candid ending?

  • well, when ur killed by the monolith its something like a true ending, because the first quest is "kill Strelok"

  • Strelok kinda looks like a somewhat older (and more Slavic) Adrian Brody.

  • @IggyHazard lol slavic? ofc he does, hes a russian... if u read about slavian tribes u should know that polaks, russians, serbs and some other nationalities are from same tribe...

  • @Alexbl100 True, but my point is that Strelok vaguely resembles a Slavic Adrian Brody.

  • I don't think that the zone actually disappeared.

Because there is a stalker 2 coming out, and it is after the events of this.

  • @Tycholarfero Call of pripyat is after this, the zone is still around and the damage to the noosphere can't be undone (look up noosphere, in STALKER it's said to have created the zone)

But the C-consciousness was destroyed, and that was what was interfering with the noosphere. And this is the one true ending.

  • So if the zone disappeared...why is it back in COP?

  • @harryploper1 Agreed this is not the true ending.

  • One of the best videos of STALKER Shadow of Chernobyl.

  • I haven't played STALKER myself, can anyone explain this and the wish maker endings to me?

  • i BELIEVE you get this ending by either joining c-consciouness and you turn against them OR when you are asked if you want to or not and you say no then you have to go through a massive army of monolith and when you are done you go through end game teleporter

  • @sk8rocksick1 no if you join c-consciouness youl have a different ending

  • So what exactly determines the ending you get? I got the Immorality ending.

  • how do you get this ending????

  • then, suddenly, marked one wakes up and find himself inside the sarcophagus LOL

  • A game named Stalker??? Wow

    Игру под названием "Сталкер?? Wow

  • how do get this ending!?

  • @thechachaguy

Open the secret door, and kill everything!

  • I happen to love the STALKER series.

  • The Zone is Gone ?

  • @Deadlytacos

No, unfortunately. Although it is little possible to know whether this was a hallucination from Strelok, or if the developers had not planned on doing more episodes after writing this cinematic...

  • Did he die?

  • @8redcoins hes alive he wondered back to pripyat

  • what was in those yellow barrels?

  • I wish i hadn't gone to the wish maker now...

  • @Stray14 Save your game beforehand so you can redo it and get at least three of the seven endings.

  • @IggyHazard I was going to do that but my game died and couldnt be "repaired". Luckily i just got Shadow of chernobyl and call of pripyat ultra cheap on steam and i'll play it again soon.

    Peace bro.

  • and then 4 snorks come out of nowhere and rape him, the end. XD

  • I love this game.

  • When I watch this ending and listen to Strelok's comment, I can't help but feel sad, and happy at the same time...

  • @ravenscaresAL everytime I finish such epic games i feel a bit sad, because it all came to an end, the journey is over

  • @FloChris I know what you mean but if a journey ends, mostly a new one begins. Don't feel sad when you look back. Think about this for a second; every new journey gives you the chance to be the best you ever had. BTW that works for any kind of things! :)

  • @EKi9 but when you do something, its not to do something else right after, but to look back and to feel satisfied by what youve done. So of course you look back after you completed something.

  • @FloChris I think you didn't got me right. Of course you look back, but you should not feel sad that it's over.

  • @FloChris

Well, I guess you should be thankful for that...

  • thier is a movie?

  • @StarControl69 LOL FAIL

  • This game is both in some scenes scary and hard but thats why i like it coz it's different from many other fps games both storyline and gameplay.

  • What Strelok says at the end is a reference to Roadside Picnic:

"This is the way it is with the Zone: if you come back with swag - it's a miracle; if you come back alive - it's a success; if the patrol bullets miss you - it's a stroke of luck. And as for anything else - that's fate."

Which is what the movie Stalker is based on, and everyone that's seen it can tell that this ending is a reference to it.

  • @maccpotts

Not to mention that the Wishmaker is a lot like the book's Meat Grinder that kills the kid at the end. I think that it works the same, that when you make a selfish wish, the Meatgrinder/Wishmaker punishes you. Red at the end, has his loyalty not toward humanity but toward his non-human daughter. Therefor, when he wishes for the benefit of humanity, the alien artifact does not see it as a selfish wish and it is more than likely granted. Red walked among the alien zone for awhile.

  • This game is great and really messed up but i love it and seriously i think there is about 7 or 8 different endings to this game.

  • I think that, even if you heven't beaten the game yet, this isn't really a sopiler cause it doesn't reveal much.

  • this ending is a complete rip off to the very detail of the movie stalker lol from the laying in the tall grass to the bug flying away thing pretty sure this was made to be as close to that as possible

  • I had the money ending.

  • Why, he speaks with Russian accent? If English games are translated into Russian or German, the people speak without English accent.

    This is stupid.

  • @Alex1983demo Strelok is Russian...

  • i wonder if marked one realizes that hes not really outside the zone. hes just in a corner where life is growing back slowly.man if this had happened with OUR REAL chernobyl in life then id have shat myself andshot myself by now.

  • Strelok looks like the Stalker on Stalker film. :)

  • How the fuck did he get through the mission with just the AK?

  • @LivingDeadVideos He's the motherfucking Strelok, that's how!

  • @LivingDeadVideos He's a damn good shot with it, as evidenced in CoP.

  • @KawaiiDesuNekoBCSK

I definitely could not get the true ending with just the AK74, fuck that man. Strelok is just da man.

  • Ah.. now after finishing my first high school year and my summer vacation began. I feel like what is happening in this video ^^

    on topic:

Loved the SoC ending. Call of Pripyats ending style suited for that game.

I am still grateful that i bought this game cheap from the internet.. if i hadnt bought it, i guess i would be playing some shitty mindless shooter like MW2.

  • Fuck can someone tell me how the hell I get this ENDING !!!!?????

  • @Chacanin032 Follow the strelok missions, talk to guide in Cordon, he'll refer you to Doctor.

Doctor will tell you that the wish granter is a lie, and anyone who has pursued it was never seen again. He'll then tell you of a room in an abandoned apartment in pripyat, it contains a decoder for a door in NPP. In the NPP, avoid the wish granter room and look for a locked door, and decode it.

Now continue the rest of the mission and refuse C-Consciousness.

And then you get this ending.

  • @Chacanin032 You need to investigate on your past since the beginning of the game. You must rescue the guide, then find out Strelok's hideout, find the Doctor who reveals that YOU are Strelok and you lost your memory, find out the codebreaker in the hotel room in Pripyat (you can't open the room door if you haven't done the previous quests) and eventually find the hidden vault in the Nuclear Power Plant and use the codebreaker. Then refuse to join the C-Consciousness.

  • i like the money ending too

  • The dragonfly in the end is actually a symbol of ecological clean environment.

  • Too bad the Zone did not actually change that much, when taking into account the events of CoP.

  • @Meehuuu well at least that was a mortal hit to the monolith fuckers

  • @kmg12222222222222222 They are actually pretty poor guys, all of them brainwashed and not knowing what they are really doing. (See CoP) Plus keep in mind that they are largely composed of Clear Sky people, as well as "caught" Duty, Freedom, Loner etc. members.

  • @Hepput yeah but i mean that without the c-consciousness guys in those tubes i mean that it was a mortal hit cause in CoP there are not much monolith guys

  • @asdwsws Yet the zone is still fucked up in CoP... D:

  • @spartan117ak the time line of CoP was in between after strelok turned off the brain scorcher and going to CNPP

so it was kinda like a story expansion of what happens after he turned of the brain scorcher

oh and btw in CoP you can actually see strelok/marked one and do a missoin for him :D

  • @einjel315 no offense but "was in between after" WTH

  • @alpha12w yeah i know i fucked up at that part XD

well you get the idea dont you

  • @einjel315 yes :D

  • @asdwsws Strelok lying down in the grass might be a direct homage to "the stalker" (who does the same thing once he gets into the Zone) from Andrei Tarkovsky's 'Stalker'.

  • @asdwsws you said it!!! and it should be to build ecological power plants such as solar panels, waterfall powerplants and windgeneratrors!!!

  • I was actually rejoiced when i got this ending. its just so...good ending compared to everything else in this game. When sterlok lay down in that grass and started sleeping, i was like "damn dude, you deserved your rest!"

  • lol he is sleeping in the grass even knowing that there are still mutants

  • very nice ;) !

  • My favorite ending by far

  • Eso es Marcado, dale duro, destruye toda esa mierda.

  • i did not finish the game, only got to the bar, every map after that my pc rebooted

I wanted so badly to play stalker SOC with no reboots and crashes...

  • actually there are 2 true endings in stalker shadow of chernobyl and 5 false :ddddd

  • So which ending is canon to Call of Pripyat?

  • @comradez14 This one.

  • @wmoore132 And The Zone still exists?? After he destroyed C-con??

  • @comradez14 The details are kinda unclear, but what I do know is that after he destroyed this set of C-Con, a path to the center of the zone was opened. That's when the military decided to launch the Operation. To either gather information or take a foothold in the zone. Destroying the C-Con would not destroy the zone. The zone still exists and I think the C-Con does too. We will have to wait for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2.

  • @wmoore132 Can't wait for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 :)))

  • @wmoore132 Correct, C-Con attempted to control the Zone, once destroyed they lost it. According to Streloks infos in Call of Pripjat, they have no control over it anymore. Same goes for the Monolith fraction, while Clear Sky was probably assimilated into the ranks of the Monolith, they lost a lot of manpower during Shadow of Chernobyl and are further weakened in CoP. Destroying C-Con also pulled the mind control from some monolith forces, like the squad you can meet and help in CoP.

  • I understood that the destruction of C-Consciousness should have reverted the Zone back to normal, but they had lost control over, that's why Zone hardly changed. The Zone was beyond even the C-Consciousness grasp. Like Strelok said: "The people responsible were not in control anymore."

  • @Meehuuu Very true indeed. The crack the formed the Zone can not be closed, the C-Con said that in SoC. The zone will most likely remain there forever, keep in mind that the Zone is the backbone of the Stalker series, GSC wont drop it. Neva. :)

  • @wmoore132 what do u guys mean about stalker 2 ? isnt there 3 games ? sorry i just dont knoe

  • @2976847 Stalker 2 is an unofficial name we give to the next Stalker, after Call of Pripyat, since no previous one has had any numerical attachment. The developers have stated they will work on the next Stalker after one will be on the consoles. I don't have the source with me right now.

  • It isn't actually a true ending if the zone still exists

  • is is this game all over the map or objective mission ? I think Fall Out 3 is the best game ever,if it wasn't all over the map.very addictive though.

  • Best possible ending.

  • is stalker good?

  • @BitingMoon good? GOOD!? ITS ONE OF THE BEST GAMES IVE EVER PLAYED! :D

  • how to do it

  • I find this ending happy and sad at the same time...

  • strelok should get a head and not wear shitty armor, it's a bitch to keep him alive in call of pripyat. Sheesh, wear some exoskeloten for God's sake.

  • He wears a SEVA suit without the helmet, with a hood, thats fucking PIMP!, Seems pretty good to me, if he had a Exoskeleton, it would slow him down too much and fuck him up when moving near anomalies.

  • @Fearosius

i always prefered SEVA suit over exoskeleton, being able to sprint makes a huge difference

  • He should have thrown a grenade or pull the plug :D

  • :' )

  • its funny how his dead friends say call for him at 0:53

  • This ending, I think, is a reference to the movie Stalker. When they get to the Zone, Stalker goes off by himself and he lays in the grass and relaxes.

  • there is a stalker movie?

  • @EaterOfTheSoulsdude Well, it's not based on the game, but it's based on the original book that inspired the game. It's not actiony or anything, but it is a true work of art.

  • damn. im gonna rent it. s.t.a.l.k.e.r. is the best series, even if there is no shooting

  • @EaterOfTheSoulsdude Well, ya might not find it since it came out in 1979 and is only in Russian. But you can find a subtitled version here on YouTube.

  • @EaterOfTheSoulsdude

yes but it ia an old one ........stalker 1979

  • 4 sure, he evens lays down the same way, on his back, then turns to his side. great flick

  • @KarasuTakama Yes you are right this scene is based on that movie part :) I have that movie and when i 1st seen that part it reminds me the true stalker ending There are more relations (movie-game) like trowing bolts to anomaly and that main actor from Tarkowskies "Stalker" the character Jurodiwy looks like strelok Movie is good real classic but it is not made from the game the game is based more or less on that movie :) More info google Andriej Tarkowski Stalker 79

  • @KarasuTakama

    aah, yes, you're right.

  • @KarasuTakama in the movie Stalker the fourth wall is broken by the woman looking directly at the camera near the end, as well

  • It's not true that the zone is fixed due to C-Conscious dying, call of Pripyat happens after the events and there is still the zone and blow outs. SPOILER***

In the end of CoP it Strelok starts working for the government because of his knowledge of the zone. He becomes head of a department whose goal is to research and neutralize the zone.

  • Yeah this end I've seen one:-P

  • its by far best game i played in the long long time.... cant wait for pripyat

  • pripyat is already out ;)

  • playing original stalker with OL mod, and it just became 10xbetter then it was! ill wait a bit, untill i get bored of ather games i have allready bought few days ago. And ofc i wount survive the wrath of mine misses if ill buy more games :D

  • Hey guys, have you noticed that hte fire selector is in the lower position, wich is semi-auto? Strange, but love the game though...

  • I just love the quality of the cutscenes in this game. I have seen nothing else, that looked so realistic.

  • In the patched version, a rasta man gives our stalker a fat joint and they get fucking done. Then, Dolly Parton gets done up the bum.

  • @StarControl69 Oooo game too hard for you?

Go play Call of Duty and Crysis.

  • @ivan4503 hey! i like crysis! its not that bad...

  • Lol, don't worry about it.

  • So yeah, Strelok kills the C-Concious and doing so (looks like, possibly) cleaned the zone.

  • @SmoofFlash according to stalker wiki, when strelok destroys the tubes, he kills the C-Con, altering the course of history, C-Con never existed, and so does the zone.

  • Where did you get this time travel explanation from?

  • @kidslovesatan as I said, "according to stalker wiki..."

    The Stalker Wikipedia

  • Nothing about going back in time.

  • @kidslovesatan i didn't said he went back in time, I said he altered the course of history

    DUH !!!
