It is about the stance and position of your head etc etc. Look at floyd mayweather. His hands are always low, but he never gets hit. Same thing goes with parnell whitaker. Those were extra sets of situps which are super difficult to do after sparring and other excercies and i started recording twds the end of his set. There is no need to push Zab, he has been going REAL HARD and is looking really sharp. There are no Yes men in his circle, he pushes everyone around him. today he boxed the socks outta his sparring session and is right hand is looking as powerful as his left. Tune into his fight and your going to see what im saying is not just talk
