Yeah nice, so they can estimate what it takes to accurately diagnose and repair an issue like this no-start? I believe that the educated consumer won't buy into this nonsense and faithfully trust their service provider to allocate the proper resources in solving problems, and backing up the service with the proper warranties!

As far as I dont understand, they dont diagnose cars, only going by what a previous shop has told them is wrong with it.
