Fashion is by definition out of fashion soon after it is in fashion. In order for the clothes company to sell so many new clothes they have to keep changing what they look like, exactly so that people like you will say, "Oh, bad fashion!" And then we can't wear what's in our cupboard, we have to buy more damn clothes!
