it made 550/505 at the wheels. drivablity is great, my wife can handle it just fine.

Sweet cam! what did she dyno? how is the drive ability ?

actually those aren't cut outs, but the stock mufflers themselves. The Z06 has the valves to switch exhause modes to where its either quiet or loud. i did the "muffler mod" which hollows out the chamber in the muffler for the loud mode to make it sound even nastier.
