Corn chowder is suppose to be basic. All I use is evaporated milk, butter, cream style corn, whole kernel corn, bacon,salt, pepper and a touch of Tabasco. I would probably never eat the crap that you are preparing on the screen.

i just made this recipe.....and i accidentally put waaaay too much cayenne pepper X-O......but its still delicious!! lol
