@Werewolfflesh101 In the English, probably. But in the Japanese there are three, well, depending on which version. About four of the 31 girls sing each version. Like, the first version it was Asuna, Konoka, Setsuna, and Negi. The second one was Ayaka, Makie, and Fu Kei. Each 31 girls (Negi included) have a chance to sing, which is why I prefer the Japanese.
@theanonymous1the2nd@theanonymous1the2nd They sang the Japanese version. The English version is sung by Leah Clark (Nodoka), Brina Palencia (Yue), Luci Christian (Asuna), and the speaking part in the full version is by Jamie Marchi (Haruna in the first anime).
Eh, the images is pretty much all they change. The first series actually had several versions of the opening song Happy Material. 1000% Sparking is still a kick ass song though.
Well yeah, the images themselves. I'm just saying Happy Material was very creative with several versions being sung by various actual voice actors, starting with all the girls of Mahora and ending with Professor Negi and his sisters.
@Kumori90 They did the same with this song too and released them on albums just like happy material, Lots of japanese voice actors especially female ones onld do the voice acting to get noticed as singers, so I guess the creator of the anime helps them get noticed more by giving them their own part in the openings
@Kumori90 Yeah but since they dubbed the opening, which was a dangerous move but paid off well, if you watch the dub you wont notice the japanese singers obv.
