A lot of the gut is due to 200 plus kg squats,deadlifts and compound movements that cause the core to expand If you get big,everything increases. You don't see madonna and other celebs having large gut from using Growth Hormone for anti ageing.Dont think arnie time was natural- Arnie and bodybuilders of that era were using steriods and growth -was way befor the 90s. Most of modern drugs were created during world war 2 - to the 1960s
