They spent all that public money to throw paper around and have a lame brass sculpture in front of the library. How about spending some of that money to put lights and security in schools where little girls are gang banged.

BTW, that sculpture could've been made out of the 200,000 books out of the old SF main library that were dumped into landfill when they built the new one..
