The first guy smokes his tires, thats a burnout, not speeding, the second one drives through a crossing, not speeding, the last guy takes a corner too quick, but no where does it say you have to do 20 or 30km when turning, therefore, not speeding. As for if you are driving fast, the shit driver who happens to pull out of a junction without looking, or overtake on a blind corner (I've had both several times) VERY close to you-yes it's his fault but you limit your options of stopping in time/taking evasive action further than they need to be.
