  • I agree, your Lordship. I am revisiting this recording having last heard it in the 1960s. It's brilliant.

  • His segues are brilliant as well. At about 1:00-1:12 he provides my favorite statement on aging.

  • yeah, this is a great set of videos. I had forgotten about the less memorable and famous tunes on the album. Thanks for keeping it alive. He really was unique, funny, smart, sweet and very very talented and musical. What a rare rare treat and talent.

  • "It is a sobering thought, for example, that when Mozart was my age...he had been dead for two years..." Priceless.

  • Whatever happened to Harvard-educated comedians??? nowadays we have retarded goits like Wil errell and Steve-O. human society is circling the drain, man......

  • I totally agree! The masses have become immune to intellectual humor!

  • The masses can't spell "humour".

  • Are you British (or having a cultural attachement to the British Colonialists)? Humor is spelt without a "u" in Uesican English. I don't know about the Galenic/Hippocratic humours, though... it might need the "u"...

  • It can be spelled either way.

  • It's spelt Humour, before you comment. I AM British, mostly English.

  • @Y0URIMAGINARYFRIEND That suggests that they've had over exposure... If only that were true.

  • LOL: "'Cause they're on our side - I believe"...
