  • Keep coming back to this. BRILLIANT work brother. I went to the VEO clip for a HI-REZ version but it wasn't really HI-REZ. Trade you one of my videos in HI-REZ for one of yours. ;)

  • Damn, that is one gorgeous lady.

  • Beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. You did the legacy of Star Trek proud !!!

  • I've seen on the ship's blue-prints where there were toilets located about the ship. Now this makes sense, because a ship with 430 people on it has to have a series of toilets strewn about the decks...but I've never seen a 23rd century toilet.So...how do they work?Does the water slosh around in there when the ship is under attack? Can they...just beam a whole dump out of you instead of you having to...well..."make it so?"Do they still use paper?Almost 50 years of Star Trek and we still don't know!

  • Well done. Nice pacing to the music. But, where are the bathrooms?

  • @kurtb8474 There were never any bathrooms on the Enterprise. They always used rest areas, so they could "boldly go where no man has gone before"...

  • Excellent. Like to see parts of the ship we haven't seen before too.

  • @Radioflyer911 This Enterprise is probably the one we "know best" because there are more sets of deck plans published for it than of any other ship in "Star Trek" (it was the one that started it all, of course) with the Constitution Refit probably coming right after it. I'm pretty sure that someday an intrepid and talented model maker will get a copy of the plans and figure out how to create CGI models of those never-before-seen rooms and sections of the ship. =)

  • @heavyarms01h Some people have made TOS models/game maps of other sections in ship classes like the Federation Class and even a reproduction of a TOS planet-side starbase. Also a Sovereign, Defiant and Intrepid class deck maps in the ST: Elite Force 2 game. But not too the quality of this video.

  • It would be better with the sound effects, without the music, I found the music a distraction.. I really liked the graphics.

  • If you could somehow CGI the real Kirk Spock ANd McCoy in there, It would be perfect.

  • Did you create this masterpiece?

  • I just had to say this was magnificently well done! Its not just good, nay perfect models, but really good CG lighting which simulates the original series lighting style - strong use of color - which really sells the look. Of coarse, the use of relevant sounds effects puts it over the top.

It felt so cinematic, it inspired me to write the other post.

  • Captain's log, star date unknown. I've searched the entire ship but it appears my crew has abandoned the Enterprise. My crew... My crew. (long kirk pause) What scenario could have caused them to abandon their posts and leave me here alone? And why does the ringing in my head worsen as I try to remember?

  • this is very creepy

  • we need a new star trek show now !

    i hate reality shows

  • @GARY42353 Perhaps CGI could be used to resurrect the entire old crew of Enterprise and there could be a CGI animated type series with new episodes. Just a thought.

  • Vey high production values and it shows. Thanks !!!

  • Excelent job.

It looks like a real, not a cheep animation.

  • Ripped off a James Bond soundtrack. Love the Trek though!

  • Thanks for the comment but I would like to point out if you read the description or just check out the credits at the end, you will notice that the music is not from a Bond film but a movie called "Raise the Titanic".

  • @alpha1productions Masterpiece, most definitely. Beautifully made, very atmospheric. Every compartment so loaded with context, memories and meaning. Recognized 'Raise the Titanic' straightaway. Can see how it could be mistaken for Bond since they share the same John Barry linage.

  • Excellent . . .

  • wow!

    Beautiful choice of music!

Thanks for the inspirational mention ;)

You should send Alan Rhodes a copy.

The John Barry music totally brings it alive.

    Well done.

  • I Love this Video and also I checked out your Channel. Very interesting! If you need any help getting this Video and your Channel exposed to where it is on top in all the searches. I found this site called tubeviews.(net) that has took my breath away. I'm working on my 4th Channel now, this one I just made. My Videos are getting so many hits now. Check it out and keep in touch.

    Have A Blessed Night!

  • try to imagine a these locations in the color of white and light blue

what do you get? the 2009 version

  • Congratulations! this was so well done!!!

It's nice to look around the enterprise!!

  • are you using Lightwave 3D to do your work???

  • Actually, this is all from the Blu-Ray Star Treks. It's a bonus feature for Blu-Ray players only.

  • AWESOME!!! And why so few views? This video should have over a million...

It is sad to see the Enterprise looking so empty. But the day will come when you have the technology to fill those perfectly rendered halls and rooms with an equally believable crew.

  • AWESOME!

  • That was most enjoyable.

  • Truly enjoyable, and great choice in music! I agree with Tanru, your lighting sensibilities while maintaining fidelity to the colored effects of the original set is remarkable.

  • The lighting is spot on in this CGI. It's so well done it looks like the physical sets. That's nice to see. So many people just CAN'T make realistic CGI lighting. There is also a feel of a 'grain' to the film as well. The music works so well too.

  • Wow that is AMAZING! Why hasn't this been viewed more!?! It should be featured. The music works perfectly. The CGI is amazing. Some are such wonderful artistic shots. I love the clips playing on the monitors. The opening exterior ship view was wonderful.

  • Wonderfully done! Thanks for posting!

  • You know, maybe it's not too late for the guy that did this to rescue the next Star Trek film.

  • That is amazing! What a wonderful tribute...I hope to see more.

  • Very good! Must have taken forever and forty years to render though.

  • WOW!!!! All I can say is that back in Texas, we call this 'Rack 'Em And Stack 'Em, I'll tell you what...

  • WOW...

    And I don't impress easily.

when i first saw this, and heard the music, my first reaction was ugh... but No, it dose work rather well.

    well done.

  • The music is from the Disney movie "The Black Hole".

  • Starfleet Technical Manual;

    How cool is that?

  • Just superb - right down to the SFX and music.

    Well done!

  • This is very nicely done. And I mean across the whole spectrum -- beautifully modeled, lit and rendered not to mention the whole poetic feel of the piece. Well done and thanks for posting.

  • This introductory music is how Yellow Submarine began, begun, etcetera.

  • talk about quality shit it looks almost real

  • dude, i was listening to "the sonds of silence" by Paul Simon and Garfunkle, and you should totally put it in this video, starting at the conference room scene. it matches so good! it's like the empty enterprise after the show got cancelled! please do it!

  • wait, just start it when you first see the enterprise...

  • Did you model everything? If yes, outstanding work. If not, you should credit the authors of those meshes.

  • Not bad at all. Need more bridge views though.

  • tried going on the link you posted it dosent work, can you put up anthor one please

  • The link is fixed now. The parentheses was part of the link, that is why it wasn't working!

  • thankyou

  • great vid thanx for posting
