Driving home to Long Beach, i heard on the radio the Ramones were doing their last gig at the Palace. I had seen the Ramones only a couple days before at Lallapalooza. I made a quick U turn back to Hollywood and got a tix. I was dumbfounded I got in. Later that night the line was massive. I heard the next day the tickets were impossible to get. I was very lucky. My ears are still ringing
