funny, I was just wondering why the cnc is used, most of this work would be quicker imho by hand with basic powertools. The only reason I can imagine to cnc is because it is repetitive to always shape the same board board, but then I was under the impression that witchies where semi-custom jobs. Not trying to be smartass or detract from the product but just curious to the advantage of cnc usage.
We make custom boards and prototypes here on Fuerte and our production boards are made in the Witchcraft factory in Bulgaria where they have a second machine. So whenever we have an update in the shape I can send the new files over by email and that is it, the new models come straight out without having to make moulds. As you can see all shaping and reinforcements are done by CNC.
I wonder how long does it take to finish one board? Without the theoretical part?

It's nice to see a CNC machine making something cool, instead of the little fussy components I make. ;-)
