Picture quality is great, Video quality is great, Sound quality is very very poor in loud surroundings very sensitive and destortion will happen with higher noise levels, Battery life is just awful last about 20mins if your lucky!! I expected a lot more from the T900 I wish I could have tested it before i bought it!!

I have one and I had to send it in twice because the screen broke twice. Really does it have bad sound quality? I should try it in maybe a demonstration or a riot to see if it can't handle sound that great. To be honest, the pictures and videos look better on camera than on YouTube or the computer, I hate Sony now.

I just got my T-900. Did you notice that the videos have quite a loud hiss on them and also if you point the camera at a light you get vertical lines on the display? I am trying to find out if it is just my camera or not.

Please let me know.

Its just with your camera. Plz try it after changing in exposure and apperture.

To get rid of the loud hiss, just have your mother-in-law leave the room, then shoot the video again.

the hiss sound is prob u recorded in a really loud place but if u play it back onto a tv you wont hear that sound

plus the lines appear with every camera

actually you get vertical lines with most of the cameras when pointing directly at lights, happens all the time when recording concerts for example
