Well let's lesson of the day 6 tires are better than 4? well yes they are. That is a fact that ford only changed motor cuz of emmisions. 7.3L by far the most reliable. 6.0 is great but head gaskets are week and ford went thriugh some bad injectors i should know i work on both D-maxx is great tho it really is front ends suck tho

ford made the 7.3 not a 7.4. If the duramax is the best made then explain why both my dad and brothers duramax are on their 2nd set of injectors. and my 7.3 is still running strong maybe because its an international. Just because the duramax is a jap motor doesn't mean its the best.

7.3's werent an unreliable engine, they just suck dick for power..and your dad's and your brothers are lb7's the FIRST generation of duramax's and they put there injectors inside the valve covers which cause them to get hotter then necessary..my duramax has not had one problem for 5 years EVER and it gets its fair beating
