@Ragman205 He's right. Everything is so spread out and not walkable. You need a car to move between shopping centre, hospital or college. There are no street activities and there will be no pedestrians on the street. It's against the new urbanism.

What we need is a strip of decent restaurants and a decent cinema (NOT Birch/event - maybe cineplex or something) away from orion. There's nothing to do at night. The couple of restaurants that are open at night are always packed.
